This izakaya is a hidden gem! We had a late-night dinner here in December. The atmosphere was very cozy, the food was delicious and well priced. The owner was very attentive and recommended excellent sakes for us. One of the best spots we visited during our entire trip. Highly recommended!
One of the best isakaya I've been to so far. The lady working there is very knowledgeable about nihonshu! Special mention for the beautiful selection of pottery and tableware!
Wir hatten einen der besten Abende in Japan! Die Sake Auswahl war sehr sehr gut und das Essen hat uns extrem überrascht. Sehr elegant und modern gekocht, perfekt gewürzt und auf den Punkt gegart! Wir haben die ganze Karte bestellt und würden sofort wieder hin! Der Service war extrem lieb und freundlich :) UND der Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang ist grandios.
Instagramで予約してから行きましたお店の雰囲気も素敵だし、お酒もご飯も美味しかったです！特にアイスが好きでした酒器にこだわっているそうで、同じお酒でも違う酒器で飲ませてくれました。あまり気にしたことがなかったので、面白かったです一人で行ったのもあってか、他のお客さんもお店の方も色々お話ししてくれました。また直島に泊まることがあれば行こうと思います。
Highly recommend this adorable portside restaurant! It’s run by a kind woman who’s clearly passionate about sake, and creates delicious seasonal dishes to go alongside it.There isn’t an explicit vegetarian menu, but the menu had more vegetarian options than usual for Japan. You can reserve by DMing on Instagram (highly recommend doing that, the place is small!)
One of the best dinner experiences in Japan! The food is top notch quality, we asked or some dishes twice. Not mentioning amazing sake tasting, the woman (who also cooks!) showed us a lot of bottles, let us try and choose and pair with our food. Even ice cream was outstanding. Only 6 seats! Worth waiting!
直島の本村界隈は、夜飲める所が少ないけれど、ここは、美味い日本酒とアテが揃っていて、一人旅には天国のようなお店。
今日は普段は夜なので日帰りが難しいノラやさんがランチ営業なのでさっそくお出かけ美味しい料理とお酒を頂きました🍶
