5명이 함께 머물렀는데도 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 숙소 내부도 깔끔하게 관리되어 있었고, 세탁기, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 커피포트까지 갖춰져 있어 장기 여행에도 매우 편리했습니다.다이코쿠초역과도 가까워 이동이 편했고, 근처에 큰 마트가 두 곳이나 있어 장을 보거나 필요한 물건을 사기에도 좋았습니다.가족 여행 숙소로 만족도가 높았고, 다음에 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다.

좋습니다 셀프체크인인줄 모르고 갔다가 해맸는데 예약하면 메세지로 현관비밀번호랑 체크인 방법 보내주시니 그거 참고하시길 방문자물쇠 위아래로 2개 열어야하니 그것도 참고하세용치약칫솔은 있는데 둘다 그냥 챙겨가시는게 낫고 비누는 없습니다 3박4일 묵었는데 저의 경우엔 주변 소음 단하나도 못들었어요1층 카운터에서 수건이나 면도기 등등 자유롭게 가져가실수 잇습니다 짐보관도 가능하구요
A great stay overall. The customer service was impressive—despite being a self-service hotel, the staff were always easy to contact and very helpful. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around effortless. Clean, simple, and efficient—would stay again.
酒店鄰近有便利店和兩間大超市，購物宵夜非常方便行5分鐘就有大國町站，步行15-20分鐘就可以走到出名的道頓堀和心齋橋，非常方便行5分鐘就可以到出名嘅木津市場，購買完可以拎返酒店食，非常方便酒店內設施有個大雪櫃，儲存食物非常方便但酒店空間有點小，廁所空間有點細，不過仍然可以放兩個篋打開入住方面，非常方便，只需要按密碼鎖就可以取鎖匙。
入住5天十分舒適，廁所乾濕分離有排風乾燥系統，環境乾淨隔音也不錯，能烹煮能洗衣烘乾超級便利，附近還有24小時超市，完全不怕餓到。大國町6號出口有電梯，無大件行李可走2號出口。
線上服務人員中文溝通沒有問題。
I cannot thank the staff enough for their outstanding service during our recent encounter in December 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and valued. The staff went above and well beyond to ensure that we had a safe place to stay for the night, avoiding the streets.For context, we booked on booking.com but an error was made on the website leading to us not being able to secure a room for the night. Two staff from the hotel, 阿庭 and 恩, were the two individuals that helped us As we were stranded in their hotel lobby with our luggages (another party let us into the hotel as it was freezing cold outside), we did not have a hotel to stay at for the night. This is when 阿庭 and 恩 drove to the hotel in the middle of the night, let us use their personal phones to call booking.com, translated for us, and personally drove us to our new hotel. This whole process took hours but these two individuals stayed with us the whole time to ensure that we had a place to stay for the night.Overall, I was blown away by the kindness, hospitality, and professionalism of these two staff displayed. As we didn't even stay a night at their hotel, technically we are not even their customers and the staff did not even need to help us but they did nonetheless. Therefore, if 阿庭 and 恩 still works for this hotel, they deserve a raise for their amazing professionalism. They have my deepest gratitude and I cannot thank them enough.
隔音不好，很容易聽到門外的聲音，但這條路上沒什麼人，只是救護車機車經過會被吵到，其他都很棒。
