牛骨ラーメンはおいしいかったです。スープはクリーミーて、食べやすいです。牛肉はコショウの味で、スープと一緒にはうまいです。Had the beef ramen, was super delicious. The broth was very creamy and seasoning was just perfect. It was topped with 1 marinated egg, sliced beef and fresh green onions. The beef was stirred fried with onions in a pepper sauce, which complimented well with the broth. Also had the karaage on the side, usually they fry it with nuts to make it extra crunchy, but they can also fry it without the nuts upon request. All meats are halal certified. They also don't use any alcohol in the ramen. They offer menus in both Japanese and English. It's a great place for muslims and for anyone who can't have pork or wants to try super delicious beef broth ramen!! (also did I mention they use Japanese Beef?)
