This is probably my favorite bar in Tokyo. It’s warm and intimate, cozy and elegant. There are 8 seats at the counter, and the bartender/owner really loves his craft. He’s a consummate professional, someone who has been perfecting his trade, his passion for three decades. Watching him prepare a drink is like having a front row seat at a master performance. It’s amazing, the small details matter, the result is sublime. If you are visiting Tokyo, take the time to visit this bar - you won’t be disappointed.
