Grabbed a new Submariner here a few weeks ago and was helped by a nice guy named Chin. The service overall was very good and they got me out in a timely matter.This shop is in Japan (who dont speak English natively) for anyone that wasn't clear about that. Hard to believe another person in these reviews complaining that the sales rep didnt speak 100% perfect English. Maybe thats just the entitlement that comes with owning Rolexes over time haha.I would 100% recommend Quark when shopping for a Rolex in Japan. Thanks guys.

When I got there, the watches were brought to me and I got to try them before making my purchase.Staff’s command of English was limited so the experience wouldn’t beat getting a Rolex from your AD. The entire process was incredibly transactional, and no-frills. Just view, make payment, and leave. Simple, straightforward service.Head here with a watch in mind, and do your research beforehand.
時計を購入する際は、いつも寺田様に担当して頂き、相談・アドバイス・購入・アフターまで信頼のおける方・店舗であります。クォーク様全体に言える事ですが、他の時計並行店と違い、売ったら終わりではなく、時計と人、両方に寄り添う事ができる組織だと感じています。他店よりプライスは高めですが、高いには高いなりの理由があります。金額の高い安いだけでの時計選びは絶対ダメです。自分は購入はここ一択であります！
