When we arrived, the access code for the panel would not work. After trying at least eight times, we attempted to contact management by phone and email but received no response or assistance. Eventually, after several more attempts, the lock finally opened.Later that evening, before going out for dinner, we tested the lock again and once more it would not unlock. We obviously could not leave the accommodation unlocked and unattended, so one family member had to collect takeaway food and bring it back. The same situation happened again the following morning for breakfast.This was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress during our stay. While the accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and in a good location, the lack of reliable access and absence of support means we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
とても素敵なゲストハウスでした。お部屋は広くて清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。ベッドも寝心地が良く、シャワーやバスタブも使いやすくてリラックスできました。全体的に雰囲気がとても良く、居心地の良さを感じました。アクセスも便利で、初めての方でも迷わずたどり着けると思います。またぜひ利用したいです！

Well-appointed accommodation, perfect for group travellers. Very close to Senso-ji temple and restaurants in Asakusa area. Short walk to Asakusa train station to connect to other places in Tokyo.Host gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Our family loved it. Thank you
Lovely little place. Convenient and quiet location. Several mins walk to main stations and kappabashi shopping areas. Recommended for families
