Yakushi-ji Juhokan (聚寶館) is a treasure hall located within Yakushi-ji Temple, one of the most significant Buddhist temples in Japan. Yakushi-ji, originally built in 680 CE during the Asuka period, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a key temple of the Hosso school of Buddhism. The Juhokan serves as a repository for valuable cultural and religious artifacts, preserving the rich history of the temple and Japanese Buddhism.The hall houses an impressive collection of Buddhist sculptures, paintings, ritual objects, and historical documents. Among its notable treasures are statues of the Yakushi Triad, which represent Yakushi Nyorai, the Buddha of Healing, alongside his attendants, Nikko and Gakko Bodhisattvas. ある作品のコラボのときに訪れました。思っていたよりも広かったです。見れるものも沢山ありました。ですが、道が狭いので気を付けてください。
年間に期間限定で特別展や企画展があり、貴重な寺宝や文化財を拝観する事が出来ます。
