Huge shout out to Alex, the Otoru tour guide from yesterday. Unfortunately I left my special spinal cushion on the bus. With the help of our hotel (Sapporo Grand) receptionist, who was able to get the bus company to contact Alex so that we could get to his location to pick it up from him, as we were flying out early this morning. Alex was waiting for us, I'm sure long after his work day had finished. Thanks so much Alex.
