STAY MOIWAYAMAの特徴
3泊4日の利用で、コスパの良さを実感しました。
トイレとお風呂が別々なので使い勝手が確保されています。
清潔感のある広い部屋で快適に過ごせました。
とても快適でした。車で来て、荷物を下ろすのに建物の近くで困っていたところ、管理人が来られて部屋まで重たい荷物を運んでくださいました。札幌街中からは遠いけれど市電を使うと20分ほどで街中へ。のんびりした市電は車掌さんも親切で気持ちが良かったです。宿は殆ど家具や食器があり助かりました。炊飯器のヘラが見つけられず、スプーンですくって、炊飯器が傷がつかないかちょっと心配しました。とにかく管理人さんが親切で本当に安心できる宿でした。部屋も広く、次もまた利用したいです。
ゴルフ合宿で利用しました。建物はかなり古いですが、お部屋はある程度リノベーションがしてあります。駐車場もあり、30分以内で行けるゴルフ場が沢山あって、合宿には最適な場所でした。目の前にファミマもありますし、歩いて行ける回転寿司、焼肉、お団子屋さん、みんな美味しかったです。釜飯も美味しそうでした。少し歩けば市電に乗って札幌市内に行けました。ただ、部屋が3階だったので、階段で荷物を運ぶのは大変でしたが、お値段もお手頃なので、致し方ないかなと思います。
家族4人で泊まりました。とってもよかったです。郵便ポストの開け方が分からず戸惑いました。あと洗顔とクレンジングと寝間着はありませんでした。
Rental a car to drive in Sapporo and travel with a family is perfect hotel to stay.parking are available too.This place is a bit small but has complete fully equipped.Our family are enjoying to stay❤️
調理器具や食器は十分で数日ゆっくりとまるのもあり。ただし民泊なので、他は普通の住民。普通のホテルでももちろんそうだが、声の大きさなど配慮は必要。駐車場は交通量けっこうある道路を挟んだ反対側にあるので横断注意。飲食店やスーパー、コンビニも遠くないので不便しないです。
If you plan to drive in Sapporo and bring family this place is perfect! They provides free parking. The place has elevator so you no need to worry to go up the stairs. The house has complete fully equipped kitchen. Has bidet toilet, bathtub, washing machine, towels and brush teeth are provided. It's like a hotel amenities but way better because you can enjoy like your own house. The tv has Netflix. For those coming from overseas you might feel the house is small but trust me, for Japan standard this is super big, you can try to go check in at any hotel in the area with the same pricing and you'll understand what i mean!It is situated in the suburb area of Sapporo, so it's nice and quiet at night. If you enjoy just walking around the streets you'll enjoy the neighbourhood.The host was really kind and responsive, can basically ask anything even for recommendation places to go etc. We booked via booking.com
この度3泊4日で施設を利用しました。案内も予約もとても親切で丁寧で楽でした！またご当地グルメなども紹介して頂きました。すぐ近くのお寿司屋さんとお肉屋さんは本当に美味しかったので泊まる際には行ってみてください！施設に関してはアメニティの充実度に驚きました！文句なしです！
ホテルに泊まるよりコスパ良いので、食べ物、お土産にお金が使えるのが良いトイレとお風呂が別々なのも嬉しい。寝室にはエアコン暖房もあるので、今の時期寒くない歩いて行ける場所に回転鮨、焼肉屋、コンビニがあり1階には釜飯のお店もある。
無料の駐車場が一台ついていて、部屋も広く、清潔感があって良いです。コンビニや焼肉、回転寿司が近いのもよいです。

Excellent winter vacation accommodation over 11 nights for 3 middle aged friends.Location: Good.- Conveniently located 10-15 mins walk to tram and bus-stops.- FamilyMart 2mins walk across the road- Super delicious sushi and yakiniku restaurants 3mins walk- 2 other restaurants in the building next doorAmenities: Good- Free parking (which we did not need)- Elevator : so grateful fo this.Did not need to carry our bags up the stairs!!- Heaters in every bedroom, and in the living room- Separate toilet and shower- Washing machine, which we used few times- Functional kitchen with fridge and microwaveCleanliness: Excellent!Communication with host: Very good.Highly recommended!
