Great gym. The pool is upstairs. That's noice lol. Will definitely be back to put in some more work. PFA season around the corner!

Great for the location. The size of the facility is pretty impressive.
Great atmosphere, the staff are extremely friendly, and the personal trainers and all big lifters themselves, great for all ages!
基地の中なので一般の方は使えません。
Absolutely amazing gym. They have three squat racks but they don't have a huge crowd. The facility is huge with every type of workout equipment you can think of. They even have dumbbells that range all the way up to 120 lbs for those of you that need a good chest workout but can't find a spotter.
Really nice two story gym with an Olympic size pool on the second level. Weight room with all the fixings and a huge Basketball court on the first level. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Let me not forget the RecCenter on the second level with computers, video game area, pool table and a movie theater playing all of the latest and greatest as well as some of the oldies. Trust if you are looking for somewhere to get it all in at one location this is the place to be on Sasebo Base. MWR you got this place right thank you so very much we all appreciate the effort and the hard work and dedication of the staff that maintains this place for us.
Variety of equipment, well-maintained, nothing is left out of service for too long. Great cardio area! The weight room has a lot of focused areas. Can still workout even when its packed in there.
