店主さんの気配りが素晴らしく、快適な滞在ができます。

Strongly recommended to stay in Hatago!What is awesome about Hatago?-Kaoru (the owner) was a great host-The rooms, toilet and common areas were comfortable and clean-Breakfast tasted great-Within walking distance (<10min) to one of the boarding points for Yanagawa boat rides, 三柱神社 the main shrine in Yanagawa and to Ganso Motoyoshiya, the OG of Unagi Seiro mushi-There is a bath tub which can be used as a hot bath with advance booking. Great for soaking the fatigue away!-Kaoru allowed me to leave my luggage at lvl 1 (rooms are at lvl 2) so we don't have to deal with lugging heavy stuff up and downPoints to consider:-Room 3 where I stayed, faces the road and I can hear traffic etc. Hatago provides ear plugs but for people who are irked by noises even with ear plugs on, do consider-Approx 15min walk to Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station. It's a distance to consider with luggage in tow, but there are also buses which goes to the station at a bus stop 3min away from Hatago-There is only 1x toilet and bathroom, so if the place is full, might need to coordinate usage with the other housemates. I was very lucky to be the only guest during my stay, so no such issues
Very beautiful place. It's very cute and stylish. You must behave yourself and treasure the place, as you feel the rule staying in the house, haha. The only thing is that if you want to use the tub, you need to plan for it. It does not suit someone who has a free soul like me 😆 but will definitely stay again and will not reserve for using the tub, too, haha.
柳川の商店街の店舗を素敵にリノベーションされた宿です。オーナー女性とのお話しも楽しく、お人柄が宿の隅々に反映されているようでとてもいい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。古き良き日本の雰囲気に触れることが出来る街、宿であり、いつか再訪したいと思いました。
來日本住的最放鬆最舒服的兩個晚上❤️希望下次有機會帶家人一起來體驗。
店主さんの気配りが素晴らしく、施設内もとても綺麗な宿です(^o^)晩ご飯も、選択すると、近隣のお店の割引き券等もついていてお得でした!朝ごはんは、アレルギー等も気を使って頂き、身体に優しい味付けの美味しいご飯が付いてきます(^o^)
정말 친절하십니다. 숙소는 분위기도 좋고 시설도 좋고 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 친절 깨끗 분위기 최고!!
역에서 걸어서 조금 가다보면 숙소가 나옵니다.3명이서 숙박하였는데, 아주 적절한 크기의 방이였습니다.처음에 체크인시 목욕시간과 조식시간을 말씀드리면,그 시간에 맞춰서 준비해주십니다.목욕탕은 탈의실과 샤워 그리고 욕탕이 있어 만족스럽게 씻을수 있습니다.조식은 아주 맛있었습니다.적극 추천합니다.
Fantastic place - 3rd time there and gets more beautifull each time - the beauty in the local japanese designs found here is exceptional because not made for ryokan-usage but for private rooms of a wealthy family - this is almost impossible to find somewhere else - especially for foreigners.
很棒的住宿經驗，這裡是一家在地民宿，由老屋改建，一樓是重新裝潢過後的浴廁及用餐區，二樓保留原本的榻榻米住宿，浴廁是共用的。優點：古色古香，很有在地風味，浴廁裝潢的很漂亮（有浴缸可以泡澡）二樓空間睡起來也很舒適，老闆娘很親切，早餐好吃。缺點：由於浴室只有一間，必須排隊洗澡，入住人多的時候可能只能洗30分鐘，有點壓力，二樓隔音非常不好（幾乎沒有隔音），可以直接聽到隔壁房的動靜，位置有點偏僻，但是一個悠閒可以放鬆的地方。老闆娘雖然親切，但她問到何時退房及預訂洗澡的時間會讓人感到有點壓力。

I really enjoy my stay here (for one night). The owner is very kind and will cook a traditional breakfast for you. The place is very clean and you can feel the old atmosphere wich is great. Thanks again for your lovely hospitality.Lucas
