I am happy with the experience of booking from AQ Car rental. The place is further away from the airport but they do provide airport pickups and return. The staff members do speak Japanese, Chinese and English.
Probably the best ever car renting company. They provide free ride from airport to their shop, collecting car just take about 5mins by checking the car conditions with some photos as record. Car in excellent conditions for our 10days ride, while returning the car also take about 5mins to complete. Highly recommended!
The company have many vehicle option small medium large exclusive etc. Once made booking, the staff will have whatsapp group to make sure you and group flight details and they will pick up at designated location. They explain all the details and match to our condition. We had a free upgrade from small to medium car. Book for 7 days around Kyushu. Highly recommend.
Excellent car rental experience!We booked the car through Klook. For safety purposes, I have booked the snow tires as well. The customer service contacted me and confirmed the snow tires request a few months ahead. When we arrived on the day, they have changed the snow tires for us already. The car was clean and spacious enough for two of us with 2 big luggages. It was a Toyota Note Hatchback, ran about 80k already, but it was well-maintained and has Bluetooth connectivity. We recorded the marks and dent on the car and communicated with the staff there. And we bought the insurance with full coverage. The customer service maintained very good communication with us on WeChat over the days, with reminders and tips. They checked the car upon return and showed the usage of ETC card. The whole experience was smooth, and we definitely would recommend this place to everyone else.The rental price is very reasonable. They also provided insurance cover for purchase if you didn’t add it to the booking. Free transfer service was also provided to and from the airport/ subway station. As a tip to drivers, just keep everything in record and maintain communication with the rental company. Then there will be no concern at all.
สำหรับคนไทย ใครที่จองผ่าน trip.com มาหลังจากจองจะมีเมล์มาให้เราแอดเพื่อเข้ากลุ่มไลน์ / wechat แล้วแต่เราสะดวกว่าจะเข้ากลุ่มไหน วันมารับรถจะะมีพนักงานมารับที่สนามบิน > พอถึงสนามบินแล้วให้แจ้งไปในไลน์กลุ่ม ร้านเปิด 9.00 - 20.00 แค่นั้น > มารับรถตรวจเช็คสภาพรถให้เรียบร้อย เพราะร้านไม่มีประกันแบบที่ cover NOC (Non Operation Charge) มีแต่ประกัน Full protection ราคา 3,500 Yen/Day แต่ใครที่ซื้อผ่าน TRIP.COM จะเป็นของ 3RD PARTY insurance (น่าจะของ rentalcar อะไรสักอย่าง) ดังนั้นเวลามีอุบัติเหตุเราจะต้องจ่ายค่าเสียหายก่อนแล้ว ไปเคลมประกันเองอีกที > ตัวรถที่จอง ไม่มี GPS ภาษาอังกฤษแต่จริงๆแล้วใช่ GOOGLE MAP แทนได้เลยสะดวกกว่ามาก รถมีบูทธูทเชื่อมต่อโทรศัพท์เปิดเพลงได้ แนะนำให้เช่า ETC CARD วันละ 200 YEN เพราะบางด่านไม่รับเงินสดเจ้าของเป็นคนจีน พูดอังกฤษได้ทริปนี้ที้มาเช่าเป็นไปด้วยดีไม่มีค่าปรับ หรืออุบัติเหตุอะไร (เช่ารถมาทั้งหมด 4วัน) หลังจากคืนรถแล้ว พนักงานจะขับรถมาส่งที่ สถานที่รถไฟฟ้าของสนามบินซึ่งสามารถนั่งรถไฟใต้ดินเข้าเมืองเที่ยวต่อได้เลยสำหรับร้านนี้ให้ 4 ดาว หัก 1 ดาวเพราะไม่มีประกันที่รวม NOC ทำให้ในเคสที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุอาจจะต้องเสียเวลาไปทำเรื่องเคลมข้อดีคือค่าเช่ารถถูกมาก และรถสะอาดพนักงานพูดจาดี และพาดูรอบรถและชี้จุดที่เป็นรอยให้ข้อเสียคือ อย่าเกิดอุบัติเหตุเพราะว่าผู้เช่าต้องไปเคลมประกันกับ 3rd party insurance แทนโดยรวมถือว่าดีสำหรับคนขับรถแข็ง ราคาถูก ถ้าครั้งหน้ามาก็คงมาเช่าที่นี้เหมือนเดิม แต่ยังไงคนที่คิดจะมาเช่าแนะนำให้ขับรถระวังๆอย่าขับเหมือนที่ไทย อย่าตกใจง่าย ทำอะไรให้ระวัง
