We found this restaurant after a long train ride to Kii Tanabe, located right near the train station. The restaurant isn’t directly visible from the street, but once you enter the third floor, you’re taken into what feels like the chef’s home.First and foremost, the owner is incredibly welcoming and kind. We sat at the bar and tried the Caesar salad, caprese salad, pasta with grilled fish, Japanese omelette with braised beef and the burger. All of the dishes are were incredible. This place deserves more business, so if you’re reading this, don’t hesitate to try it.
JR紀伊田辺駅から徒歩2分のビルの3階にあります。サーモンのカルパッチョ、砂肝のアヒージョ、ローストビーフ、ふわとろオムライスと生ビールをいただきました。質も量も大満足で最高でした😆まだまだ食べたいメニューはありましたが、また次回のお楽しみで🍝
Ambiance sympa et calme ! Un service respectueux. J’ai mangé les pâtes bolognaises et je n’ai pas été déçue, elles étaient très bonnes. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

I tried this restaurant on a Monday while visiting Tanabe for a hike. I needed a change from the typical Japanese food, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The cáprese and the chicken salad were my favorite dishes, and the beef omelette was also very good. The drinks were great as well. The owner was the highlight. A true master chef who truly cares about presentation, flavor and making his customers happy. I used google translate to communicate with him and we had a great conversation. I highly recommend this place.
