Nous avons passé une excellente journée avec l’agence First Japan et notre guide Ninomiya !Il est même venu nous chercher directement à notre logement, qui était proche de l’aéroport, ce qui était vraiment très pratique. Tout au long de la journée, il a été présent, bienveillant et très attentionné.Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des activités (train, bateau, restaurant, etc.) dans une super ambiance. Ninomiya nous a également très bien renseignés sur les différents lieux visités, en nous expliquant les faits historiques et les événements liés à chaque endroit. Ses explications étaient claires, intéressantes et ont rendu la visite encore plus enrichissante.Il nous a aussi donné beaucoup de conseils utiles et a parfaitement pris en compte nos restrictions alimentaires, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié.Franchement, tout était au top du début à la fin. Nous recommandons vivement First Japan et Ninomiya !
家族旅行の相談へ。近所のツーリストへ行ったのですが対応が悪く、色々と自分で調べてたら、ファーストジャパンさんを知る機会があり訪問。沢山の要望があったのですが親身になって相談にのってくれました。ファーストジャパンさんのお陰で心配もなく楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。これから先もお願いしようと思います。何から何までお世話になりました。本当ありがとうございました。＊お隣りにcafeもあり美味しいコーヒーとスイーツが頂けます！手作りジャムなどもありお土産や贈り物にも喜ばれると思います！
Super responsive and made my trip to Takachiho gorge possible! Booked it just 1 day before the day tour. Guide assigned to me spoke good english, is a safe driver and very friendly. Nino-san is great! I will let pictures do the talking.

My family had a wonderful experience with FirstJapan tours. They were very prompt with all communications and made special arrangements for us to visit the Takachiho gorge and experience the boat ride in the gorge even though other groups were sold out. Kazu is a special guide, driver, and person. He knows the area very well and has an engaging personality and sense of humor. We had such a great time, we even arranged a second custom tour of Iwakuni, Miyajima, and Hiroshima. I can't speak highly enough about the experience and my family has memories they will always remember. I highly recommend them and they will be my first point of contact upon my return to Japan.
