ドーミー東伏見の特徴
寮の部屋は非常に広く、快適で過ごしやすいです。
各部屋に専用のバスルームが完備され、プライバシーが守られています。
自転車置き場が豊富で、最寄りの駅までの通勤が楽です。
Dorm manager is great, he can seem strict but he does care about the tenants here. He also tries his best to communicate even though he doesn’t speak English. 10/10 for the memories made here too, wouldn’t have it any other way.
Really good dorm, good manager, good people. The ratio of international students is around 10-15%. The location might scare some people in terms of its distance to Waseda (or to the center) but commuting is quite easy if you get a bike. Highly recommend.
Living here as a Waseda student going on 4 months so far. Rooms are really big compared to the dorms closer to campus. The manager and staff here are really lax & chill. Each room has its own private bathroom which is a must. Tons of bike parking. Less than 5 min walk to two different Family Marts. If commuting to Waseda main campus from this dorm, it takes me 7 min bike ride to Higashi Fushimi Station, then a 20-25 min train ride (transferring once from local train to express train) to get to Takadanobaba Station, then another 15 min or so either walking / bus from there to the campus, so about 45-50 each direction. Kinda long commute but the plus is that Higashi Fushimi is a smaller town, a bit quieter, lots of kids and older folk which is nice. Great local park nearby (Higashi Fushimi Park).
今は外国人も多くグローバル化してきています。国内留学したいかたは是非とも！住むには防犯カメラも2台正常に機能しており24時間の完全監視体制で女性の方も安心です。寮長さんも寮母さんもとても気づかってくれます。安心した生活ができることでしょう。特に男性の方は絶対に住んだ方がいいです！
ドーミー東伏見に住んでいて5ヶ月の間に3回も下着の盗難にあっています。どれも共同のランドリールームで洗濯していた時です。私の友人は12枚一度に盗まれてて、なのに寮長と寮母さんはこちらに責任はないの一点張り、しまいには私が嘘ついてるんじゃないかと疑ってきました。この前ついには知らない男の人が部屋の中に入ってきて私を見た瞬間逃げて行きました。間違えて入ってきたわけじゃないのは確認取れてます。この件に関しても寮側は責任がないの一点張り建物の周りには塀があるんですが低くて誰でも飛び越えて寮内に侵入できるようになっていて、監視カメラが2台あるんですがこちらもずっと壊れたままのようです住んでいてとても怖い思いをしています。防犯上も危ないし、何より寮母さんと寮長さんが助けてくれません住むのに絶対にオススメしません、特に女性の方は絶対に住まない方がいいです。

周辺のオススメ
三年前日本に来たばかりのごろ、ほぼ半年過ごしてきた思い出の場所。寮長も寮母も親切な方でした。早大への通学は西武新宿線利用して1時間弱ぐらいかかり(まあ学業に焦っていた僕にとってこれは引越しの主な要因)、駅へも少し距離がある(自転車持てば便利かもしれません)。それ以外の欠点はどうしても思いつけません。東伏見は(ご飯の美味しい)いい街、住んでいてよかったです。
