梵音の滝の特徴
三瀧寺中腹に位置し、豊かな自然と共に素晴らしい眺めを楽しめる場所です。
登山道には選べるA、Bの2つのコースがあり、各々趣が異なります。
頂上からは広島市内を見渡せる絶景が広がり、特に新幹線が見えることも魅力です。
2017/06/25来訪。2017/11/05来訪。よみは、ぼんおんのたきです。滝群名 三滝（みたき）で別称大滝です。滝型式は段瀑となっていて落差30mです。瀧筋は細くなっています。
三瀧寺の三つの滝の一つ。本堂に向かう道の途中の左手にある補陀落之庭の奥にあります。よく見ると結構高い位置から滝が落ちています。補陀落之庭を含め気持ちの良い空間です。ただし、お庭には入れないため、滝も遠めから見る形です。
This place is amazing- the hike starts at a temple with a waterfall and a large bell surrounded by statues. It then quickly climbs up to a bamboo forest. When you arrive at the top- after about a half an hour to 45 minutes- you are greeted with an absolutely spectacular view of all of Hiroshima.There are two paths: the A path and B path. The A path is supposed to be slightly more challenging, while the B path has better scenery. I would recommend ascending on the A path, and then cruising down on the B path. There was some detritus on the trail which made it a little bit slippery at times so I would recommend either hiking boots or some trekking poles. The hike is not challenging, there were many senior citizens on the trail. A little bit of water to drink would be recommended.Bring a pair of binoculars and you can take in the full beauty of the view at the top; through mine I was able to see the n700a shinkansen as its snaked its way through Hiroshima.
三瀧寺中腹の本坊前に有る、二之瀧「梵音之瀧」(ぼんおんのたき)です。補陀落庭(ほだらくてい)と言う庭が有り、茶堂も有ります。通常は一般には公開されていないので中には入れません。柵越しに庭、池、茶堂、滝を見ることになります。秋の紅葉シーズンに茶堂で茶会が開かれ、チャリティー(有料)で庭の中に入れます。滝までは池を超えてかなり距離が有りますが、他の二つの滝と比べて大きい滝なので遠くからでも見えます。但し晴天続きで雨が少ない時は水量が少ない為、見えづらいかもしれません。

周辺のオススメ
三瀧寺の本堂、観音堂に向う途中の左手にある二本目の瀧です。仏教縁起を象る石庭（補陀洛庭と言うそうです）が手前にあり、滝壺には近付けません。水勢は細いものの中々高い瀧で段瀑です。落差2〜30メートルはありましょうか。新緑や紅葉の時季は特に美しいでしょう。
