毎週火曜日６：３０～ 経営者の集りがここで開催されており、時々来ています。久宝寺駅から徒歩圏。近隣にはコインパーキングあり。建物北西角には駐輪場も併設されていて、バイクも利用できます。ここは元工場を貸会議室に改装しているのですが、2階（高さ的には3階相当）には広大な貸会議室があります。100人でも十分に集まれるだけの広さがあり、会議やイベントなど、幹事の方にお勧めの会場です。-----A gathering of business owners is held here every Tuesday from 6:30 AM, and I occasionally attend. It's within walking distance from Kyūhōji Station. There are coin parking lots nearby, and a bike parking area is available at the northwest corner of the building, which can also accommodate motorcycles. This location is a former factory that has been renovated into rental conference rooms. On the second floor (equivalent to the height of the third floor), there is a spacious rental conference room. It’s large enough to accommodate up to 100 people, making it an ideal venue for meetings, events, and other gatherings. Highly recommended for event organizers!
