The lift could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpet. It smelled moldy. Other than that, the reception area was generally tidy.The room was OK, although if you are staying for several days, there were no instructions on how to clear up the rubbish that you have in the room or where to take it at least.Be careful with your stuff falling into the narrow spaces on both sides of the bathroom sink. Better be nothing important coz you are not getting them. One of our toothbrushes fell and it was good we had a spare coz it was impossible to pluck them out.The heating function of the AC wasnt that reliable. At MAX 31°C, it barely heated the entire room.Overall, the

Self check-in procedure very well explained and illustrated, comprehensive explanatory manual for the operation of all household appliances, washing machine, quick and clear answers to questions.Not very clean, you cannot leave luggage before check-in.

We booked a room here. It's near by Hanazonocho station, you can just walk and find this place easily. The room is great! They provide utensils in case if you want to cook. They also have refrigerator, microwave, washing machine with dryer so that you don't need to hang your clothes outside. Additionally they also give free amenities. Perfect for group or family.
