Booked this thru airBnB. Room is on the 3/F of a three-floor building very cozy and secure, complete with washing machine, microwave oven, water heater, room air-conditioners/heater (2), tv, refrigerator and bath tub. Towels and soap, kichen utensils are provided. If you walk around the neighborhood, there is a park nearby, Lawson, fire station, plenty of restaurants, street food stalls. There is one straight roofed-street of commercial establishments cutting through several block streets. Walking distance from the Shin-Imamiya JR/Nankai train station making travel from Kansai airport easy. Only drawback is there is no elevator which is actually good for the heart.
For the price you just can't beat it. The place looks really new and the rooms are great. The bed is nice and comfy and you even get 2 pillows instead of the standard Japanese 1 pillow. The location isn't the best since you have to walk 10 minutes to get on a train then ride that to go places. It's not in the middle of it all ... but for the price it's worth the walk. The issue I've got is the room is so nice and the walk so far that some days I just don't feel like going out lol. I do recommend the place though if you want nice and big and cheap.
Close to the train station and MEGA Don Quijote Shinsekai. The owner is very friendly.
這裡住宿非常好，這個價錢性價比很高，入到大堂已經有免費咖啡，小食，飲用水供應，房間及床，被褥都很乾淨，冷熱水24小時無間斷供應，總之；不用考慮，下次一定再次入住這間民宿。

周辺のオススメ
民泊。ここの建物全てが同一オーナーの部屋のようでした。入口のセキリュティもしっかりしています。部屋は必要充分でした。エアコンも二つあり洗濯機も冷蔵庫も完備。タオルは1セットのみ。タオル交換は550円くらいとのこと。コインランドリーは周りに山ほどあるので部屋で選択しコインランドリーで乾燥させるのがベスト。周りの環境はかなり良くはないので苦手な人には辛いと思います。大阪のディープな一面を見たい方にはおすすめ。夜は叫んでるおっさんが沢山います。通りすがりにこっちに向かって叫んで来たり絡まれたりします。それが気にならない方のみ宿泊した方が良いです。大阪の陰の部分が見れる街です。
