家具や食器類の劣化が目立ち、清掃が不十分との声があります。
합리적인가격과 난바역과 도톤보리, 신세카이, 덴덴타운 접근성이 매우좋음.야간에도 안전한 느낌이면, 조용함다만, 숙소 바닥 먼지가 좀 관리가 필요
Le check in est à 17h et check out à 10h. C'est très tard 17h et comme il n'y a pas de réception, on ne peut pas laisser les valises. Impossible de les joindre par téléphone. Pas de local à poubelle, il faut garder tous ses sacs de déchets. On a choisi de les mettre sur le balcon. C'est la femme de ménage qui les descend le dernier jour. Sinon, appartement agréable si on reste plusieurs jours.
Propre, grand, efficace. Sécurisé et vraiment accessible en terme de prix.Le positionnement dans la de l'hôtel peut ne pas convenir à certains groupes du style famille avec enfant. C'est un quartier qui la journée vend dans ses nombreuses boutiques produits gaming, figurines etc ainsi que manga et autres mais qui le soir se transforme en quartier pour ''adult'' uniquement.
アパート１室のレンタル。４人で宿泊利用しました。食器やレンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機（洗剤）も完備されてます。ベッド４台が等間隔に設置されてました。清潔でした。建物自体に入るのに事前にきたメールのコードを入力する必要がありますが、予約してくれた連れがそのメールを探しきれず大変でしたが、連絡先の記載が入力画面の下にあったのでかけたら、直ぐに対応してくれました。
The place is fairly big and quite cheap and well positioned. It’a quiet around there and you can walk to namba in 5 minutes.The big problem is that the house is quite dirty - there was dust everywhere. They should clean better
I stayed at this hotel with my family for a few nights, and the location is by far its strongest point. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the train station, but the walk is pleasant thanks to the vibrant area, which is great for shopping and walking around. The apartment itself was reasonably spacious.However, there are several downsides that can’t be overlooked — even though the location somewhat makes up for them.First and foremost, check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which is unusual compared to global standards (typically 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out).When I arrived at 3:30 PM with my children and luggage, I asked to check in early, especially since the room had already been cleaned and was ready. However, my request was refused under the excuse that cleaning was still ongoing — which simply wasn’t true. It felt inhumane and unwelcoming.Regarding the facilities:• The furniture is outdated, and the bedding is worn.• Towels are old, not replaced, and I highly recommend bringing your own.• The washing machine doesn’t work properly.• The elevator has a bad smell.• The digital door lock often malfunctions.• The kitchen is poorly equipped — not enough dishes or glasses, and the ones provided are rusty and unsuitable for cooking.Bottom Line:The location is excellent, but the service and facilities are far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or anyone looking for comfort and decent service.If you do choose to stay here, make sure to bring your own towels and avoid using the kitchenware.
整棟的民宿採無人式自助報到，6人房内有廚房和客廳，便宜又舒適，住長期也很適合。缺點是離地鐵比較遠，但是巷口就有業務超市👍
掃除をもう少しちゃんとしてほしい。換気扇やエアコンのメンテをしたほうが良いと思う。
