日本では処方箋なしの抗生物質販売がないと説明されました。
スタッフがクリニックまで送ってくれる手厚いサービスがありました。
We went to this pharmacy because it was the only one nearby open on Sunday. We’d hoped that we could buy antibiotics for an infection. They explained (through Google translate) that antibiotics can’t be sold in Japan without a prescription. They then volunteered to find a clinic open on Sunday. After finding one and confirming we wanted to go there, one of the employees volunteered to drive us there!!!Above and beyond!

周辺のオススメ
急に日曜日に行ったのに親切に対応してくれた。精神科の前の薬局だから私に処方された薬は置いてなかったけど、代わりに必死に近く（といっても結構遠い）の薬局まで電話して調べてくれて、無事薬を手に入れれました。ありがとうございます。
