I have never met any maintenance team that is as perfect as these people. I always find something to critique about, but this team was perfect.Home Ofuro Room was giving an error code so we called these guys to come and take a look. The lady that answered the phone was perfection. Not a single unnecessary word and so kind. Quoted us 3300 yen to come and take a look.Mr. Ishii was the best. Came and knew exactly what he was doing. Came in the door and asked where the gas panel was and went to work. 30 minutes later, the explanation of what he did to determine the cause. What he did to be safe. And then a fix and apologized that their team had to come twice.I said... ok.. so how much is the damage? and he said "oh no, because our team had to come twice and inconvenience you, we can't accept payment".. ?????!Love you guys. Sakaguchi-san and Ishii-san and the guy outside.... hontou ni arigatou gozaimasu (pekori)
