夏荷民泊(金柑グループ)の特徴
家族旅行に最適な広々とした宿泊施設で、各フロアに独立した部屋が魅力です。
清潔感溢れる室内で、高品質のアメニティが揃っており、快適に過ごせます。
便利な立地で、今里駅から徒歩1分の近さで、近くにコーヒーショップもあります。
この宿泊施設はとても広く、各フロアが独立したお部屋になっているため、3家族での宿泊に最適でした。各家庭のプライバシーもしっかり守られていて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。さらに駅からも非常に近く、周辺には食事ができるお店も多くあり、とても便利でした。
3世帯での旅行で使用しました。各階にキッチントイレお風呂洗濯機があり、鍵も閉められるので快適に過ごせました。帰る前にドラム式洗濯機で乾燥まで出来たので助かりました。しかし、洗剤自動投入の洗濯機の柔軟剤を入れるところに柔軟剤入り洗剤が入っていて、泡立ちがあったため洗濯を2回しました。各階全ての洗濯機に投入されていたので、今後使用する方のために書き込みました。駅近で、コンビニも近いので、また大阪に行く際は使用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
We were a group of 14 people for a company incentive trip and chose this house based on research. It was perfect for our group and had enough space for everyone. Each floor had 3 bedrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer unit, dining/living room and bathroom. Nobody had to wait for their turn. My only gripe was that the washer on our floor (first) didn’t work. Good thing we checked all units because 2 out of the 3 units weren’t working when we checked in. Owner was fast to respond but the washer on the first floor will have to be repaired. Always check appliances when you check in so that you know which ones need repair. There’s also only 1 trash can (kitchen) so it was a bit hard to walk from the bedrooms to throw small items like receipt, plastics of toothbrush sets, price tags, etc. The best part of the house was its location. Literally a few steps away from Imazato station (Kintetsu line). While it may bother some people due to the noise, we weren’t since we were out early and came back late (some trains already stopped working). It was also close to convenience stores (we visited 3 in the vicinity) and an excellent coffee shop (Noel Cafe) right around the corner. All in all a great place and excellent value for money.
家族みんなで楽しい時間を過ごせました。3階建て全てバスルーム付きて便利でした。家具も家電完璧に備えて、洗濯も出来ました。また次回大阪に遊びに来る時、泊まりたくと思います。

I recently stayed at SUMMER LOTUS HOUSE and had an excellent experience. The guestroom was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was cozy, and the room was well-furnished, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.The cleanliness of the guesthouse was impeccable. Every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, which made my stay even more pleasant.The provided amenities were top-notch. high-quality toiletries every detail was thought fully considered.Additionally, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs I had during my stay. Their professionalism and friendliness greatly contributed to the overall positive experience.I highly recommend SUMMER LOTUS HOUSE to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future
Only 1 minute walk from the station. The rental rooms are spacious, clean, new and well designed. Good choice for family.
