I had an exceptional experience at this store in Osaka. The staff were truly amazing — probably the best customer service I’ve ever received. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me: he even arranged for me to compare a different color of the product at another store since it wasn’t available in their location. The recommendatios from him where amazing as well. He understood what i wanted and needed and reacted to that perfectly!We returned later to try some shoes again because the product itself was fantastic. Unfortunately, the fit was too narrow for me, but the staff never pressured me to buy it. I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism — it showed that they genuinely care about customers being happy with their purchase.I would have loved to buy something, because both the products and the service were outstanding. I was just a bit unlucky this time. Still, I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great items and truly exceptional service.I think Stefan was his name if im not wrong 😊
최근에 생긴 앤드원더 매장.오사카 오자마자 방문해봄다른 매장도 전부 가봤지만, 이곳이 제일 이쁜 매장인듯. 직원분들 역시나 친절함. 오픈 축하 합니다
アクセスもしやすく、店内もかなり広く、フレンドリーなスタッフの方が多いのですごく居心地がいいです✨英語での対応が可能なスタッフもいるので、立地的に海外のお客様も多いかと思いますが安心して入店出来ます✨

アークテリクス心斎橋からは徒歩10分、心斎橋駅からは徒歩5分程度の立地です。スタッフは英語でのコミュニケーションが完璧で、とても親切です。

매우 친절하고 품목도 다양해요.가격은 사악하지만 디자인이 심플하면서도 유니크합니다. 심플과 유니크가 공존하는건 쉽지 않아요. 즉시 면세도 가능한 매장이라 편했습니다. 옷을 사니 맥주를 주는 신기한 경험도 했습니다.
