That was an amazing dinner.With only my girlfriend and myself at the counter (only one party at a time) it felt like an outstanding experience.The chef is super friendly and seeing him prepare the plates so closely is a rare experience.I couldn't recommend this enough.

My husband and I are big fans of omakase cuisine and we have tried many places. We were still very impressed by the taste, choice and combination of food that originally created by Chef Yu. Everything was amazing. We had a great night with Chef Yu! Thank you!
Hidden gem - very personal experience and fantastic food.We had a wonderful Omakase Experience on our last evening in Osaka and it was definitly one of the highlights for our trip.It was amazing to see the various dishes being prepared in front of us and the attention to detail involved in delivering such a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the food and the different flavor combinations of Japanese dishes and ingredients being paired with familiar components.I am looking forward to coming here again on the next trip to Japan.Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!
I spent my birthday dinner here and cannot say enough about the experience I had with Yuchan!Reservations: The reservation was made through the Google Maps reservation functionality. This was fast and easy - no need to worry about Japanese language limitations. Yuchan also reached out prior to the day to check on any special arrangements or restrictions. It was very thoughtful of him to accommodate one of the diners who was a pescatarian.Food: Simply amazing. Yuchan took the time to ensure each dish in our omakase was well prepared, sequenced, and well plated, and he took the time to explain the context and sourcing of ingredients. He even prepared an English translation of the menu beforehand. Everything was delicious and it was a fantastic introduction to modern Japanese omakase cuisine. He has a wonderful selection of sake and kept the drink recommendations (and drinks) flowing! Also appreciated the last minute addition of wagyu steak he included, not to mention the surprise birthday cake at the end!Service: Yuchan was a fantastic host. We were able to communicate in English, and he always had a smile and energy in all of our interactions. It was great to hear about his own life journey like the time he spent in Australia. This is an intimate space with limited seats- it felt like sitting in someone’s private kitchen - so expect lots of face time with the chef and a close seat to the action!Yuchan is located in a non-touristy area, but it’s definitely worth the visit! This is a restaurant I would recommend over and over again. Look forward to visiting again in the future!
So impressed by the delicious and fresh food! Yuchan really went above and beyond. The menu was customised thoughtfully according to our preferences and the sake pairings were perfect. Highly recommend!
予約制の和食屋さん。駅から少し離れた場所にある隠れ家的なお店。内装もカッコよく、料理も繊細で落ち着いて食事できます。（少しベーシックスすぎかな？もうひと工夫ほしい感じ）昼、夜ともに予約可能です。
どの料理もとても美味しいです次回のお料理も楽しみにしております。

Everything was perfect. The chef was very kind. He explained all ingredients and answered all our questions. The ingredients were local and seasonal. We ate a lot of things for the first time.It was amazing!
