Her treatments are subtle but precise in that she identifies muscles that need to be stretched for greater flexibility which in time will help alleviate your issues. For me, my back pain has subsided greatly as she diagnosed issues with my skeletal structure that put pressure on my lower back. Often the treatments are small movements and easy stretches that pertain to muscles that I’ve long forgotten. At times, I feel as if nothing happened but then I am sore from the treatment as it treated the areas that needed fixing! It’s been amazing…. As we age, we easily forget to stretch and maintain proper posture as well as proper skeletal alignment.
