broth 【ブロス】の特徴
栂池高原スキー場沿いに位置し、雪景色を楽しめるラーメン屋です。
醤油と豚骨を合わせたスープが絶品で心温まる味わいです。
滑った後に味わうラーメンは特に美味しく、満腹感も得られます。
正統的日式拉麵，但是非常非常鹹，很少吃到這麼鹹的拉麵。畢竟是在雪場旁邊，價格非常高。點餐使用平板，全程可以和老闆不用任何接觸就吃完一碗拉麵，適合I人。
這家拉麵是外國人煮的，但味道很日式。推薦突然想吃拉麵和煎餃的人。
平常喜歡生辣椒又香又辣的人或許會跟我一樣喜歡他們的Fire ball super spicy太好吃了🤤那個辣讓平常不吃拉麵的我完食日本拉麵本來就偏鹹但他們家就是正常日本口味細麵條偏硬很好吃炸雞也不錯。
CP值不高 價錢偏貴 整體來講是三顆星口味：一個人說不錯吃 一個人說普普很鹹因為離住宿極近 在很冷的狀況下吃到一碗暖暖的拉麵 非常幸福所以多給一顆星。
開在The Phat Packers 一樓的拉麵店，提供的品相單純、簡單明瞭，拉麵有三種口味：辣味、醬油、黑蒜頭(?)，這次點的是醬油叉燒豚骨拉麵，蠻好吃的，拉麵裡面的配菜酸菜也很讚，建議可以加點溏心蛋，很解膩，推推！另外有提供炸餃子、炸雞等小食。味道口味微重微鹹，店家有提供不同的調味醬，可以搭配旁邊的白開水喝中和一下味道🤣整體來說蠻好吃的，在白馬栂池一代夜晚還有提供熱食的餐廳很不錯！
ビールと酎ハイは少し離れたバーで注文するシステムになってます。ラーメンや唐揚げはその場で注文できます。

Best ramen I’ve had in Japan!!! The broth itself is unbelievable. Menu is simple and easy to choose from. The spice range is perfect from no spice to a level three. Level one has that perfect level of spice that warms you up without suffering haha. The gyozas are quite large as well and soooooo yum. Definitely recommend.

Got the black truffle garlic ramen. While the ramen was delicious, it was about three times the price of any other ramen restaurant I’ve been to in Japan. Additionally, my order was additionally messed up when I first received it and by 1700 the store was sold out of most of their options.
