Hotel a conduzione familiare con poche camere ma molto accoglienti e più grandi rispetto alle camere standard qui in Giappone. Noi avevamo quella in alto con vista sul Palazzo del Governo. Fornita di tutto, praticamente un mini monolocale con anche angolo cottura. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere solo il proprietario, che ci ha accolti cordialmente e ci ha spiegato tutto quanto in inglese. Molto apprezzata la lavanderia in loco gratuita. Unici punti a sfavore sono il prezzo, un po' più alto rispetto alle catene di hotel sparse per Tokyo e nessun servizio di pulizia durante il soggiorno (noi abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti). Posizione ottima: se soggiornate d'estate, consiglio di passare all'interno del Tokyo Opera per arrivare alla stazione (circa 10 minuti), vi risparmierete un bel po' di caldo.
We stayed here, three times over our three weeks in Japan. A really good place to stay. They were very obliging in the times you wanted to check in. Also kept our bags when we went on an overnight to Hakone. 20 minutes walk into the craziness of Shinjuku Station from where you can get every where. The unit was a good size for two people and very clean and tidy. Had everything you could need. Microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and other kitchen utensils in case you wanted to make use of the amazing selection from the local 7 Eleven. Hatsudai station was only 5 minutes walk away. Entry is through the Opera City building. Turn left out of the unit, then walk to the main rd, turn right and cross the next main rd then walk to the left and take the first entry into the Opera City building then follow the signs to the station. Tochomae Station can be accessed under the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, about a 10 minute walk away, and is also a good spot for starting your journey around Tokyo. We would definitely recommend this place and return if we are back in Tokyo. Only request would be a Small stool in the passage way to sit on while putting tour shoes on.
Staff is very nice and good in English. The location is not in the middle of the city but close to the metro station. There is also convenient store close to the hotel. The room is very tidy.
調理器具や簡単な調味料まで置いてあります。ローブ等の部屋着は置いてなかったので就寝用の服は持参した方が良いです。
長期滞在にはbestです。下手にマンスリー借りるより何にも調達せずに済むんで良いと思う。今はちょうど安くなってるようだし。
ベジタリアンで旅行中はいつも食事に苦労するため、キッチンつきのホテルを選びました。建物は新しく室内も清潔で、対応も親切丁寧。駅から近く、コンビニもスーパーも近くにあるので立地も良いです。お風呂も広いし、料理も洗濯もして自宅並みにくつろぐことができ、素晴らしいホテルでした！
とても綺麗で自炊などもできるしフロントで言えば洗濯もできちゃう自分達でできることを滞在中にできるのが良いです。

Enjoyable stay at this cozy apartment hotel for the price paid, space & amenities (free washer & dryer usage) in residential Shinjuku. There are options to add an extra bed/futon for child. 24 hour supermarket is nearby and so is the big Shinjuku playground. Would stay again!
