Myself and my young daughter went there and the staff were so rude, my daughter asked a female bar tender what white wine they had and her reply was ‘whatever you can see’, so rude and unhelpful. The day later we went there and my daughter went to the bar and one of the other female bar staff only gave her a half a glass of wine, when questioned she said they ran out of white wine and that was it. I (her father) went and approached a male bar person about getting more wine which we paid for or another drink, but he was so extremely aggressive and rude and unhelpful, I was shocked, the bar has bad management and a bad atmosphere, very disappointing for Japan, this is an Australian or English run bar, not good for Matarao, we won’t ever go back.
Fantastic location for lunch and a beer. Add in live music and tasty food and its a winner!
This place is pure class, the katsu chicken curry is so good. When you pair that with the friendly customer service from all staff members. Cannot recommend this place enough. The atmosphere is great after a long day skiing. People like Axel and Lucas make this one of the best spots in Madarao!
このレビューは、日本人のお客さんを意識して書いています。バーの立地は、リフト1番の上部付近にあり、とても便利だと思います。店内は賑やかな雰囲気ですが、個人的には外でハイボールをゆっくり飲みたかったです。16時30分にしては、音楽の音量が少し大きすぎると感じました。また、スタッフの方がハイボールを知らなかったのは正直驚きました。日本で、ハイボールを出さないバーはここだけではないでしょうか（笑）。英語でお酒を楽しみたい方には、向いているかもしれません。全体として、西洋の雰囲気の中でお酒を楽しみたい外国人向けのバーだと感じました。
滑り終わりに是非❣️一見入りづらいかもしれませんが、メニューも人も英語のみ、ドリンクメニューなし。 Liveでギター弾きが歌ってる中、ホットココア、朝食(all-day),バーガーにpizza、本場のナチョスやフレンチフライの食べ方を経験できます。アルコールは言えば、大抵作れそうな雰囲気でした(^-^)
This is a great little place for food and drink. I have now visited twice, scoring a table easily each time. First visit I had the burger and a coke, second time was a pizza and a coke. Both visits roughly cost $25aud. Easily accessible from the top of the mountain, with tables both inside and out. Food is tasty, staff are welcoming and the vibe is cool for what it is. I would recommend this place for all group sizes and all ages.
The quiche was awesome! Home made by the lady that runs it. Coffee was great also. Right next to the lift back home, and the bar has a nice atmosphere and a cool fitout (monkey lights are really unique) the girl serving spoke both Japanese and English which was helpful for me there was also menus in both languages.
ランチや軽食、そして夜はライブやDJで、飲みながら楽しめるお店っぽいです。日中は、ゲレンデに出ているのか閑散としていますが、英語が飛び交う店内で、ちょっとした外国気分です。お茶の時間に注文したラテは、エスプレッソの香りよく、クリーミーな感触が気持ちよく。あたたまります。リフトを下りたすぐという立地もよく、待ち合わせやちょっと休憩で立ち寄るのにぴったり。訪日外国人が戻ってきたら、にぎやかなお店になるのでしょうね。.500円.#時差投稿。

Poor service and the tables are left dirty, with old food and drinks. Music is far too loud. There's no atmosphere. I wanted to eat and drink, but I'll go somewhere better.
