アートのある暮らし life in art谷尻誠さん と牧瀬和人さん 対談 “SURVIVE” @survive_hiroshimaクリアトーレウィズプラス広島@creatore_with_plus_hiroshimaSURVIVEは口外禁止の深掘りトークが醍醐味。唯一無二な企画。司会の牧瀬さんの質問力と回し、ユーモア、気配り、優しさ、企画力が素晴らしい。谷尻さんは常にあたらしいことに挑戦され、あたらしい価値をクリエイトされている。感化される周りへの影響力は相当なものだ。感じたことを。極貧生活からのハングリー精神とコンプレックス。環境が人を強くする。俯瞰する力。自己分析からの学習、修正、行動。PDCAのサイクル。学生時代のバスケのディープスリーを自己発見してからの自信。自己肯定。エリートでない人の方が、エリートでない側の人口が多いので、共感してもらいやすい。メインとは逆側の視点、考察し逆張りする方がブルーオーシャンで競合も少なく、唯一無二のトップランナーになれる。人は時間、スキル、金の3つしかない。時間を使わなければスキルは上がらない。スキルを上げなければ金は増えない。スキル、金が上がれば時間短縮できる。最初は自分のために長く働くしかない。マネーリテラシーの必要性。知識や考え方でお金や借金への恐怖を無くす。仕組みづくりと運用。数字で考え、整理して俯瞰し対応を図る。調和した所でなく、ノイズや違和感がある所にあたらしいものが生まれる。経験したインプットからしか新しいものはアウトプットできない。さまざまな背伸びをした経験をする。お金を使う。お金を貯めるより自分に投資をする。海外を旅する。早く投資した方が早く自己成長できる。自然から癒され、感動し、創造する叡智をもらい、サバイブする力を身につける。とにかくやるしかない。行動あるのみ。行動しないと何も起こらない。変えるには周りを変えるより自分が変わるしかない。貴重で有意義な企画をされたSURVIVEの関係の方、牧瀬さんに感謝と時代のトップランナーの谷尻さんから多くの活力と創造の源を頂いた。次回はアーサー・ビナードさん。また素晴らしい企画。Life in ArtMakoto Tanijiri and Kazuto Makise in conversation "SURVIVE" with Plus Hiroshima@creatore_with_plus_hiroshimaSURVIVE's best feature is the in-depth conversations that are off limits to anyone. A one-of-a-kind project.Makise, the host, is amazing with his questioning skills, pacing, humor, attentiveness, kindness, and planning skills.Tanijiri is always challenging himself to create new value. His influence on those around him is considerable.What I felt.The hunger and complexes he developed from living in extreme poverty. The environment makes people stronger.The ability to see things from a bird's eye view. Learning, correcting, and acting through self-analysis. The PDCA cycle.Confidence gained after discovering his deep three in basketball during his school days. Self-affirmation.Non-elite people are more likely to empathize with this, as there are more of them.By taking a perspective opposite to the mainstream and considering things from a different angle, you can become a unique top runner in a blue ocean with less competition.People have only three things: time, skills, and money. If you don't spend time, your skills won't improve. If you don't improve your skills, your money won't increase. If your skills and money improve, you can save time. At first, you have no choice but to work long hours for yourself.The importance of financial literacy. Eliminate fear of money and debt with knowledge and thinking. Create and operate systems.Think in numbers, organize them, take a bird's-eye view, and respond.New things are born not in harmony, but in noise and discomfort.New things can only be output from the input of experience.Experience various challenges. Spend money. Invest in yourself rather than saving money. Travel abroad. The sooner you invest, the sooner you can grow as a person.Be healed and moved by nature, gain creative wisdom, and acquire the strength to survive.Just do it. Action is all you can do. アポをして入りました。あまり、他のお客様はおらず、いい意味で放っておいてくれました。おかげで、色んな打合せをすることができました。全ての家具や建具、内装はとてもセンスが良かったです。参考になるところも多々ありました。特に色の使い方が、落ち着いた雰囲気を演出していました。一昔前では無いような、センスのあるオフィスが作れると思います。家具一つひとつはとても高価です。少し大きめのミーティングテーブルが50万円くらいしました。センスがあり、オシャレで、更に長く使えるものなので、それくらいするよなと言う感じです。お店を出るころに、スタッフの方に「ありがとうございました」と告げると、色々と質問してくれました。
