The staff, including both customer service and cleaning personnel, were very friendly and helpful.Although the house itself is quite old, it was reasonably clean overall.That said, I would say about 90% of the facilities and hardware are extremely outdated.The biggest challenge when staying here in winter is that there is no heating in the bathroom and toilet.Getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom means a blast of cold air straight to your back — not scary, just very cold.The bathroom floor is freezing to the point that the moment you step in, your body reacts automatically and you start hopping like you’re dancing.After showering, because there’s no heater and there’s an outside-facing window, your body temperature drops several degrees almost instantly.The most stressful part was the hot water limit.Hot water seems to be limited to about 30 minutes or a fixed amount, so you really have to time everything carefully.Otherwise, you may find yourself like I did — hair still wet, suddenly realizing the water pressure is dropping, and what’s left is ice-cold water.And yes, I mean snowfield-level cold water.*No dryer ,no dishwasher* Great location,very close tothe ski resorts and shopping areas.The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, away from the busy nightlife district.
