Went in as I lost a screw for my toe strap. The gentlemen with the beard and glasses helped me out straight away and found a matching screw quickly. I offered some money for the screw and he wouldn't take it. Insisted that it was free.

Best place to rent, we were taken care of from the day 1, the staff is super helpful and friendly, you can pay by card as well. After whole day you can leave here the shoes, not to go in ski boots to the hotel. The equipment is good and the prices are super reasonable :)
I couldn't rental ski here because I already rental from other shop, but my mother rental Ogasaka ski here and enjoy skiing safely.

白馬岩岳スキー場の駐車場内にあるスキーとスノーボードのレンタル屋さん。とても、迅速且つ丁寧に案内頂けます。レンタルすることが無くても、流行のワックス等の情報は沢山あり、ワックス購入で伺ったりします。実は、YouTubeチャンネル有り。（過去、アンコウの吊し切りの実演動画あったりしますwww）
在他家租了三天单板，装备保养的很好，店主会非常细致地帮忙测量尺码、挑选鞋和板子。官网里的信息很全面。
Rented boards and boots from here at the start of the season (2019) and they were good quality. Better price and service than the 2 other places we had been to.
ほぼ毎年利用させて頂いてますが毎年板やブーツが入れ替わっていくのが分かります。スキーもボードもするのですがスキー板は全て？オガサカ製ですしボードもビンも有名メーカーの結構なクラスのものが使われています。ホットワックスもしていただけますが値段がリーズナブルです。笑い話みたいですが息子がボードを始めた頃違うスキー場に通っていたのですがある程度滑られるようになっても真っ直ぐ滑れないと悩んでいましたがこちらでレンタルして滑ったら真っ直ぐ滑れた！と喜んでいました。セッティングのせいだったようです。
