It was a wonderful experience at this hotel. Room condition was perfect for us and also the service. Anyone who wants to go to Osaka I strongly recommend this place!!
The layout was perfect for our family of 4. We had the entire floor to ourselves, with two separate units, each with its own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony.My husband and I stayed in the smaller unit, and we would gather at the larger unit where my mother and brother stayed (it has a dining area).The units were very clean and comfortable. All of us rested very well there.The host was super responsive! After we checked-in, we realised the hot water was not functioning in one unit. A team came down quite quickly to fix it.Location wise, the neighbourhood was quiet and convenient with lots of parking options nearby.Would stay here again!
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Without exaggeration, this hotel is amazing. Excellent access. Excellent location. The hotel was clean and tidy. The hotel management was very polite and courteous. We will definitely choose this place again😍😍😍
We had a wonderful stay at Shirakabanoyado. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. The location is convenient and quiet, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. Thank you!
2024/12 剛開幕時入住的，非常喜歡這一間，若未來有機會的話會再訪！第一次大阪自由行，選擇了在booking上看到的這一間旅店，除了附近有車站交通非常便利以外，這裡算是很安靜的住宅區，晚上可以好好休息，非常安靜。雖然比較偏僻，但稍微走一下就會有超商or超市，肚子餓算是方便解決！住的是雙人房，房間非常漂亮，設備跟裝潢都很新的，重點是整個環境乾淨舒服，空間算小小的，但是有洗衣機、廚房，家電器具各種生活用品也非常齊全！非常推薦！
Estuvimos en esta propiedad del 23 al 26 de abril 2025, la vivienda es fiel a las fotos, adjunto un video que grabé a nuestra llegada, la zona donde está ubicado no es ruidosa así que descansamos perfectamente, tiene casi al frente un Lawson, cerca también tiene un supermercado y dos 7 eleven, la estación del tren a pocos minutos, está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, lo recomiendo y de regresar seguro que volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.
位在JR芦原橋車站附近的旅店，交通非常便利，附近看起來是住宅區，若要購物的話就需要找尋一下。是一個公寓式的旅店，因為人數較多的關係，訂了6人的房間，原本以為空間是相連的，實際去到現場才發現是4人房+2人房，但那一層就只有這兩間住房，所以我覺得影響不大。四人房部分有兩間房間，其中是榻榻米；兩人房部分是雙床放在木地板上。整體的設備及裝潢非常新，也非常乾淨舒適，雖然空間不大，但廚房鍋碗瓢盆、微波爐等烹飪用具很齊全，浴室也有浴缸及洗衣機，相關沐浴及盥洗用品也相當具全，還備有洗衣精，真的非常貼心，必須大推兩個。

Wir haben als 6 köpfige Familie hier zwei Wohneinheiten nebeneinander gehabt, was super praktisch war. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Lage sehr gut, um Osaka zu erkunden.Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
