岡山の奉還町にある日本酒Barで、驚きの体験ができるお店です。
スペシャルな日本酒を取り揃えた、特別な空間が広がっています。
店内では、心地よい夜空の雰囲気を楽しみながら日本酒を味わえます。
店はあまり綺麗でないメニューを書いた紙が汚れている。
ビックリした！高級なのに敷居が低いから、普段はチェーン店の居酒屋しか入れない自分でも入れたし、居心地も良かった。そりゃ、多少値段は張りますが、むちゃくちゃ高いということもない。でも、そのサービスはまったく高級店そのものでした。多分、というエクスギューズはつきますけどね。だって、ホントの高級店は知らんもん。
I wanted to try some Saki from the local area, and this place did not disappoint me. It was a quiet night with only a few customers, and the owner was very attentive. He didn't speak English but used an application to translate.The Saki was very good, and it was served in cute clay cups.Prices were reasonable.I didn't try the food because I had just had dinner at a different restaurant, but the menu and what some of the other customers had looked good.

Although we has trouble locating Hareyozora, it didn't disappoint when we got there. The owner enquired after our taste in sake, and selected six tasting o-choko for us to try. After narrowing them down to our two favourites, we ordered tokkuri of each.As the night progressed, he prepared little snack dishes matched to our drinks. We also took his recommendation for two new tokkuri when the first were empty.We particularly liked the deep fried octopus, but all the dishes were both unusual and delicious.A very small bar, but we can highly recommend it. One word of caution, the owner has very limited English, so although he was quite sociable, it would be a different experience if you had no Japanese.We were there in mid Nov 2024
