I really enjoyed this experience with WAKANA STYLE. They were very kind and even took photos for me since I was alone. The kimonos were adorable, there was a wide variety of colors, and I found my favorite! I will treasure this moment forever. I hope every girl gets to experience this at least once. Highly recommended kimono rental near Nara!The location is perfect—very close to Nara Park, as well as Todai-ji Temple, all within a short walking distance.The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The price was also reasonable at 2,750 yen per hour. We chose to add accessories and a hairdo, and because we took the couple plan, we received extended rental time at the same price, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Overall, a great experience and definitely worth trying!
Amazing Kimono Rental Experience in Nara!I didn’t expect this experience to be so good! The staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and have great taste. I walked in without a reservation, but they welcomed me right away. I got to choose my kimono, change, and have my hair styled — all done efficiently but with care.They also offered me a 30-minute photo session, and the staff member taking photos was amazing — even with my old phone, the pictures came out beautiful! I’m so glad I came here; it truly made my visit to Nara extra special. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to try wearing a kimono in Japan!

Very lovely staff and beautiful Kimonos. My daughter wished to try one on and they also did her Hairstyle, while we had something to drink in the Café. They even took some Pictures with her outside and she loved it. We can highly recommend this Store.

I rented children kimonos, boy and girl. The service was excellent. Preparation took about 15 minutes including hair-do for the girl, 5 minutes for boy. The staff can speak english and are friendly. Price was OK, ¥2750 for 1 hour.
