女性が素晴らしい料理を提供しており、大満足の食事体験です。
やはりオーナーさんも従業員さんも、人柄が大変よく隅から隅まで、ホスピタリティに溢れていました。特に料理も食欲が進む味付けで疲れた身体に大変良かったです食堂からの眺めも良かったですし施設も暖かく過ごしやすかったです！ありがとうございました！

素晴らしいホテルです。すてきな、きれいな、スタイリッシュなデコと居心地の良い。客室は広々としており、専用洗面台とトイレがあります。シャワーとバスルームは共用ですが、温泉付きで広々としています。私たちは浴室全体を個人的に予約することができました。 2つのスキーリゾート（a池と岩岳）の間の静かな道にありますので、どちらのリゾートにも近いのでレンタカーを借りると便利です。マネージャーは温かく親切です。私たちは私たちの滞在を楽しんだし、間違いなく私たちの友人や家族にそれをお勧めします。（原文）Fantastic hotel. Nice, clean, cozy with stylish deco. Rooms are spacious with private basin and toilet. Shower u0026 bathroom are shared, but it is spacious with hotspring. We could reserve the entire bathroom privately. It locates in a quiet road inbetween two ski resorts (Tsugaike u0026 Iwatake), so it is convenient if you rent a car because it is near to both resorts. Managers are warm and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Friendly and informative hosts that are happy to pick you up and drop you off around Hakuba. There are two private onsen bathrooms. Their English is very good and communicating was fun! The Japanese food they prepared was amazing! The room was a good size with a soft bed... not easy to find in Japan. I have learnt so much Japanese since staying with them. The owner Sadao has great knowledge of the local wildlife and terrain. I would definitely stay here again. 100%.

白馬で一泊二日のスキー旅行ということで、利用させていただきました。5人で宿泊し2人部屋と3人部屋でした。部屋はとても綺麗で、宿自体の内装も洋服シックな感じでオシャレでした。オープンしてまだ1年ということで、全体的にきれいです。お風呂は2つ同じ大きさのものがあり、洗い場も2つあるので2人で入ってもゆったりできました。食事もコースになっており、美味しかったです。若い男性からするとちょっと物足りないかも。
シニア山歩きクラブで宿泊。案内のおかげでスノーシューをみんなでワイワイ楽しく歩くことが出来て良かった。ワインも料理も美味かった。

周辺のオススメ
Overall this was a lovely stay and the vast majority of the 5 star review from this experience comes from the fact that Alan and his family running the business are just such lovely people.First, Alan ensures that you know how to get in and out of Hakuba, which for any first timer could be a bit nerve racking given the limited ways to get in.A timely pick up from the bus stop and a friendly greeting with Alan is how we start the trip. Next we stopped by to get rental gear which Alan helped set up and loads into our truck + into the hotel once we get back.We then get intro’d to our rooms, which are simple but elegant. We had a private which was nice and comfortably kept us.The breakfasts they provided were fantastic and they provided a drop off/ pick up daily from the ski hill.Finally on our last day Alan got us to the bus depot for a smooth return to Nagano.Overall I would love to come back here again. The only potential drawdown is it’s outside of the Hakuba resort towns themselves, but this too provides charm of peace and serenity. For us, this was a plus.The basement onsen is fantastic too! Make sure to use that even though private rooms have their own showers.Finally, an amazing Chinese restaurant is in the building beside the hotel. Go check it out too!
