Location is okay, bit of a walk to find food. Check in is unusual, you have to stand in front of a camera while it films you for 20 seconds. Rooms are excellent. Spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Very comfortable bath.
Location: walk about 5-10mins to the nearest mrt and anyone who rents a car would love it cause the hotel area is surrounded by many parking lots. However, please noted that the hotel is not near to city center.Room: clean, modern and not so small for 4 people. And the area is quite private and good for restingOverall: I’d recommend anyone who travels to Kyoto to stay this hotel and I’ll definitely go back to Avenir!! Impressive hotel💖
สไตล์คล้ายโรงแรมแต่ฟีลอพาทเมนต์มากกว่า เพราะต้องใช้รหัสเข้าหน้าโรงแรม ติดต่อพนักงานง่ายมากแม้จะเป็นช่วง 20.00น ขึ้นไปห้องพักพักสบาย กว้าง ห้องน้ำแยกสัดส่วน นอนสบาย เตียงแฝด 23ตรม นอนกับเพื่อนสบายๆเลย มีที่วางกระเป๋า 2ใบ 29“ (กางออก)//เหมาะสำหรับพักผ่อนเฉยๆ ไม่เน้นวิว ชิลๆห่างจากสถานีรถไฟเกียวโต(มาก) ซอยแคบ แต่เดินออกมานิดหน่อยก็เจอรถประจำทางรอบๆไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ แต่เดินออกมาถนนใหญ่ก็เจอร้านเปิดดึกๆอยู่
離地鐵不近，附近的公車路線也不太多，以交通來說覺得沒有特別方便。上了三樓，走廊有股味道(像是霉味或空氣不流通又有濕氣的味道)。房間還算蠻乾淨舒服的，但洗衣機明顯也是有股味道，那味道讓我覺得衣服放進去洗可能更髒，所以我把洗衣機內桶擦的到的地方都擦了一遍，大概用了快一包的濕紙巾。除了不少黑黑的汙垢、還有殘留到凝固狀的洗衣精，以及之前住客的頭髮? 我有點傻眼，覺得洗衣機應該要有定期而基本的清潔才對，這是很扣分的~
Very nice, new and modern hotel in very quiet place. Rooms are small and don't have closets.But fir 2 persons ok. Good transport connection from railway station by city bys 50.
Wir waren in einem Zimmer, wo die Toilette dermaßen nach Urin und Kloake gestunken hat. Wir konnten es nicht nutzen und haben daher Bescheid gegeben. Also haben wir dann gesagt bekommen, dass wir am nächsten Tag um 10 Uhr unser Gepäck in ein anderes Zimmer räumen können. Das Zimmer sollten wir allerdings bis 16 Uhr nicht nutzen, da es dreckig war von den vorherigen Gästen. Im neuen Zimmer dann hat die Toilette ebenfalls nicht gut gerochen, der Boden hat geklebt dort. Der Geruch war dort allerdings nicht so penetrant wie im vorherigen Raum, daher haben wir es akzeptiert. Als Übergang mussten wir aber selbstständig fragen nach einem Ausweichzimmer, wo wir die Toilette nutzen konnten. Die Toilette im ersten Zimmer war unzumutbar. Sehr schade, da sonst alles ziemlich sauber war und auch das Personal - wenn da - war nett. Die Lage ist gut. Allerdings ist es unmöglich Gästen ein so stinkendes Bad anzubieten im Zimmer. Hier ist dringender Handlungsbedarf.
Very comfortable place for a good price. Plentiful cooking equipment and a stove which is surprising for a 'hotel'. There are no staff in the building which is unusual but I enjoy the more relaxed vibe.The rooms are fancy and have an amazing bathroom and seperate toilet. There is even a balcony! However there is no washing machine so you will have to go to the public ones nearby.
The hotel has no reception staff, and you need to check-in online before arriving and then master the process of entering codes on the electronic door lock to get inside, and then into your room. We didn't see anyone apart from other guests in our five nights there. The room was much larger than most we stayed in in Japanese hotels, and the room was well equipped, very clean and modern, with a great bathroom. I recommend it!
2024.3月入住。距離地鐵站不算近，但是房間所有的細節都值得稱讚👍，有一個落地窗可以看外面的風景，室內所有的光線配置都非常得好，甚至於有兩個燈開可以調光線強弱，我們睡的是兩張單人床，還有配備很好的餐桌和兩個椅子，浴室寬敞，洗手台也非常的好。廁所馬桶等配備都很高級，小廁所裡面還有小洗手台，非常得好。可惜冰箱稍微小了一點，很難放東西。回到家可以趕快開始放熱水，就可以泡澡。旅館對面就是一間郵局，附近也有便利商店。

周辺のオススメ
Wyjątkowo czysto. Jedyna wada to to, że przejście w pokoju jest dość wąskie i ciężko jest położyć bagaż tak żeby nie blokował przejścia. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony. Do dzielnicy Gion można dojść na nogach w mniej niż pół godziny. W pobliżu znajduje się świetna restauracja z makaronem udon.
