We stayed a couple of nights here in Oct 24. This is a charming Japanese home located in a quiet neighbourhood. The home is relatively large, with a mixture of tatami and western rooms. Max capacity is 12 but in my opinion, 6 will be just nice. Kitchen is fully equipped. I managed to cook a decent dinner and breakfast here. Washing machine is available. Most importantly, in my opinion, this place is kept neat and clean. Makes it a great staying experience for those who wants an experience in staying in a Japanese home.Food, old moat, river boat ride and Hachimanyama is just a short walk away. If you drive and is planning to cook or buying ready-made meals, I recommend shopping at Lamu supermarket. Price is very competitive there.I fully recommend staying in this place if you visit Omihachiman. 😊
