Great place to honor the POW during WW II. Hope there will never be wars. The location is close to Mizumaki library. If you come from the street, the pedestrian way is a little bit narrow and steep. However the scenery on the hill is beautiful, especially in the morning. Many walking tracks nearby to the mountain area.
