Huge room, nice decor, fantastic location. And first and foremost, incredible service. We lost a valuable item and they mailed it in no time to our next hotel. Would stay again!
Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Vermieter beantworten jede Frage perfekt. Futonbetten sehr bequem mit Heizdecke. Bad sauber und groß. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
8月に家族で利用しました。到着は21時ごろでしたが、まだ外は暑く部屋についてもしばらく暑いと覚悟してたのですが、エアコンが入れられており、着いた直後から快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。部屋に置かれたドリンク（水、サイダー、オレンジジュース、ビール）はサービスで、その他滞在するのに必要な物は全て揃ってました。コンセントもたくさんあり、USBコンセントもあり家族で同時に利用することも可能です。娘が鎌倉に来た時は、またここに泊まりたいと言うほど気に入りました。
Great location a great hotel, don't book the 4F if you can't make it upstairs with your luggage, but if you can its a great place to stay 4F also has a roof terrace but beware of the hawk, 2F and 3F have a lift
THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY in Kamakura! the rooms are very spacious, greatly equipped and amazingly decorated 😍 every room has a different amenity. 2nd floor had a calligraphy studio, 3rd floor had its own library and 4th floor has a private access to a rooftop. Can’t find a better place to relax and unwind! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We stayed here for our 3 year wedding anniversary trip to Japan. Kamakura was a calm and relaxing break from the big cities and this hotel/apartment was really well located for a 6 min walk to the station and to get around all the local attractions and close to the supermarket too. The apartment itself was really well set up, it had everything we needed and more (fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, etc) and there were lots of thoughtful touches throughout. We would highly recommend the hotel and enjoyed our stay a lot!
We loved our stay here. Fantastic location during cherry blossom - the view was perfect. The apartment had so much detail and character. It was truly a wonderful stay. 5mins from station and great location to main temples and Buddha. We walked everywhere with ease. The host was very responsive via booking com.
I loved it here, and I would love to stay again! I had an incident where my phone fell through the cracks of the elevator (totally my fault) and they helped me to retrieve it immediately - mailing it back to my home for me as well. The phone incident took up some of our time and I couldn’t take any photos of the room - but that just means we will have to come back and try again next time!
American here. We stayed at the Big Buddha Holiday Hotel on our first night in Japan. I booked it on booking.com. Everything was easy, from booking to arrival through to leaving. This is not a regular hotel. Rather more like a vrbo, but with way better communications and amenities.We stayed on floor 3 in an apartment with a bath and laundry. We entered with a code and found the sweetest kindest snack bag and a stocked fridge. Everything was thoughtful and super clean. Very welcoming!The location was excellent for exploring Kamakura's lovely streets, the beach, and of course, the big Buddha!I'm recommending this to everyone who goes to Kamakura!

サイコーに素晴らしいです。娘と二人で泊まりました。ふかふかのベッドに、アメニティも充実。随所に心配りが溢れていました。目一杯楽しめました。4階に泊まり屋上も利用できて大満足。たくさんの飲み物や食品の嬉しいお土産も！洗濯もでき、暖房で乾きます（ただし干すものはない）。4階にはテレビがなく寂しいですが、大スクリーンでアマプラやTverがは見れます。寝巻きなどの室内着は自分で用意が必要。ボールペンなど筆記用具はなし。お風呂は檜の香りで、洗い場もあるのが嬉しいです。ほぼ至れり尽くせりで、文句なしです。また利用したいと思うお勧めのサービスです。
