周辺のオススメ
I lived in Rikukan from 2009 til 2011 (in apartment #302) and it was a great apartment building. Owned both a mother and son who were very friendly and always said hello - if there was anything important such as a fire alarm test, they would translate a notice into English for me and leave it in my postbox. I felt very welcome. The area has changed somewhat since that time, but it has the same feel. If you are looking at moving in, don't hesitate.
