I had a really nice stay here during my trip to Osaka！The host was very friendly and replied quickly whenever we needed anything, so everything went smoothly from check-in until check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt very cozy to stay in after a long day outside.The location was also convenient, with stations and convenience stores nearby, which made traveling around Osaka very easy for us.We really enjoyed our time staying here and felt very comfortable throughout the trip. เราเขียนรีวิวนี้ในคืนสุดท้ายก่อนที่จะต้องกลับไทย รู้สึกผูกพันกับบ้านนี้จังเลย 5555การมาโอซาก้าพร้อมครอบครัวในครั้งนี้ เป็น 10 คืนที่ประทับใจมากครับ เราจองบ้านไว้ทันทีตั้งแต่วางแผนจะเดินทางมาญี่ปุ่นตั้งแต่ปีก่อน จองง่าย คุยง่าย คุณ Yuki และคุณ Yoshimi (ที่มาของชื่อ YY) ให้การช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี แม้ที่พักจะเพิ่งเปิดให้บริการในปีที่แล้วนี่เอง แต่ก็มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ แต่ก็เป็นกันเองตัดภาพมาฤดูซากุระ 2026 🌸เราบินมาถึงที่พักกลางดึก แต่เจ้าของบ้านก็ยังออกมาต้อนรับและแนะนำทุกอย่างอย่างละเอียดและเป็นกันเองเนื่องจากที่นี่เป็นที่พักที่มีลักษณะเป็นโฮมสเตย์มากกว่าโรงแรม ดังนั้นตัวบ้านทั้งสองหลังจึงมีกติกาการใช้งานบางอย่างที่ต่างจากโรงแรม เช่น เจ้าของบ้านจะอาศัยอยู่ชั้นบนของ YYHOUSE 1 และขอใช้ห้องอาบน้ำ และเครื่องซักผ้าในตอนที่แขกไม่อยู่หรือตามที่ตกลงกัน (เป็นส่วนกลางของบ้าน) หรือที่ YYHOUSE 2 ที่มีสองชั้น ก็จะมีตู้เย็นและอุปกรณ์บางอย่าง รวมถึงห้องที่เป็น private zone ก็จะแจ้งไว้เป็นข้อตกลง ซึ่งถ้าเรารับตรงนี้ได้ ที่เหลือคือความแฮปปี้ทั้งหมดเลยครับ!ใช่แล้ว มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้าให้ด้วย! ทำให้ทริปนี้เราเดินทางมา 10 วัน 4 คน โดยไม่ต้องโหลดกระเป๋า เดินตัวเบา กระเป๋าจิ๋วได้เลย! เวิร์กมากครับสำหรับการเดินทาง ร้าน และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ลองอ่านรีวิวอื่นประกอบได้นะครับ สำหรับผมแล้วการมีสถานีรถไฟอยู่ใกล้บ้านให้เลือกเดินชิลๆ ถึง 2 สถานี และแวดล้อมไปด้วยร้านสะดวกซื้อหลายเจ้า ที่บางวันขี้เกียจออกไปไหน ก็ซื้อของสดจากซูเปอร์มากินที่บ้านได้ แนะนำ Life Supermarket (อยู่ฝั่งสถานี Shon-fukae) มีของกินทุกอย่างที่เราจะนึกออก และพวกซูชิ ปลาดิบนี่ก็สดอร่อยด้วย!เราพักที่นี่ 10 คืน โดยแบ่งเป็นหลังสีน้ำเงิน 5 คืน และหลังสีขาว 5 คืน เด็กๆ แฮปปี้มากครับ ส่วนผมในฐานะคนนำทริปและวางแผนวันต่อวันว่าพรุ่งนี้จะไปไหนดี หรือจะนอนกลิ้งอยู่ในบ้านญี่ปุ่นที่อบอุ่นแบบนี้ ก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่สนุกได้ทุกวัน เหมือนอยู่บ้านตัวเอง แต่เป็นบ้านที่ดีเทลเยอะแยะสนุกชะมัดเลย!อ้อ จะมีคืนนึงที่เจ้าของบ้านมานั่งสนทนาและปาร์ตี้ขนมด้วยกัน ชอบมากครับ ที่จริงอยากคุยด้วยถึงตีสองแต่ก็เกรงใจ 555555สรุป : ถ้าคุณเบื่อประสบการณ์เดิมๆ ในการพักโรงแรมที่มีการออกแบบเป็นสูตรสำเร็จ และมาเป็นกลุ่มไม่ว่าจะเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว จำนวนประมาณ 4-6 คนกำลังสวย และราคาคุ้มค่ามากๆ ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่งครับ
This accommodation is a guesthouse located within the owners' property. There are two units, and this time I chose the Blue House. It is fully equipped with everything you need: a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The amenities made my stay incredibly convenient—there was a microwave, washing machine, heater, sofa, TV, and even a bathtub. It was fantastic to be able to buy new clothes while traveling and wash them right there, so I didn't need to pack much at all.Both owners are kind, attentive, and took great care of me. They frequently asked if I needed anything and always tried their best to help. They even took me to see small local shops in the neighborhood and treated me to a delicious home-cooked meal.I stayed for 9 days, and traveling to other cities was very easy via train. I highly recommend using the Sennichimae Line and getting off at Shin-Fukae Station (Exit 2 is the closest walk). This is better than Imazato Station because some trains do not stop there at certain times. I also enjoyed morning jogs around the city—it’s a great area for running, just remember to respect local traffic rules.I was impressed by every part of this stay—the room, the location, the food, and the facilities. If I visit Osaka again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you for all your support! I hope you always meet lovely guests and experience good things every day. See you again!

Our family of four stayed at YY House for six nights during our first visit to Japan, and it was truly a memorable experience. Yoshimi and Yukihiro were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. The house itself is spacious, featuring a bedroom and a separate sitting room, and it is immaculately clean and well-maintained. It has all the amenities you need to feel completely at home, making it a true ‘home away from home.’ The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the train station and LIFE grocery store, adding to the convenience. Yoshimi and Yukihiro were always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more seamless. Without a doubt, we look forward to staying here again in the future!Let me know if you'd like to tweak this further!

This YY HOUSE was the funniest & the most interesting guesthouse I've ever experienced in my entire life. As you can see the name of this guesthouse, YY stands for the names of the owners, 'Yukihiro' & 'Yoshimi' which is a very characteristic name. We only stayed here for a short period but really felt we were connected with the beautiful people in there and shared enjoyable moments together. What a memory...The spacious Japanese style rooms, the convenient kitchen & private bathroom room, washing & drying machine, WiFi and etc... Everything was PERFECT and the service we received was just 5-STAR! Plus, the surroundings were really quiet & comfortable as it is located in the residential area therefore we could not hear noise from the cars and others. And the location of this guesthouse was favourable for travellers to access the famous sites in Osaka and also nearby cities.I regretted why I didn't know about this place earlier although I have been to Osaka many times previously but will ALWAYS stay here from now on whenever I come to this city in the future. This is more than a guesthouse and is actually a FAMILY house.The only problem at the moment was that we were not able to book YY House for our future trip in Osaka in December as this place is extremely popular for travellers.... Please let us book YY HOUSE again !!!
จากที่เคยไปพักแบบโฮมสเตย์และห้องพักทั่วไปในญี่ปุ่น บางแห่งคือเล็กมาก หากอยู่ในเมืองก็จะเล็กแบบเปิดกระเป๋าเดินทางก็เต็มห้องแล้วและราคาสูงด้วย แต่ YYHouse พื้นที่ค่อนข้างกว้างเลยค่ะ การจองหนึ่งครั้งจะได้พื้นที่ด้านล่างทั้งหมดซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยห้องนอน 1 ห้อง มีสามเตียง ห้องนั่งเล่นสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น 1 ห้อง(สามารถปรับเป็นห้องนอนโดยปูฟูตงได้ 2 ผืนค่ะ) ห้องน้ำก็กว้างงงงงง มีแยกเป็นชักโครก ห้องอาบน้ำ โซนอ่างล้างหน้าที่มีเครื่องซักผ้าใหญ่อยู่ด้วย หากใครอยู่หลายวันก็ซักผ้าได้เลย มีครัวเล็ก ๆ สามารถซื้ออาหารมาอุ่นได้ สะดวกสบาย อยู่ใกล้โคเรียนทาวน์ อาหารเพียบเลยค่ะสถานีที่อยู่ใกล้สุดคือ คินเท็ตทสึ อิมาซาโตะ เดินไปแค่ห้านาทีก็ถึงเลยค่ะ มีลิฟต์ ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใหญ่ก็คือลากกระเป๋าขึ้นลงสถานีได้เลยค่ะ บ้านอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินทางไปนัมบะประมาณ 15 นาทีแค่นั้นค่ะ ย่านเป็นย่านที่อยู่อาศัยที่เงียบสงบ อยู่สบายใจมากเลยค่ะความเป็นส่วนตัวค่อนข้างสูง เนื่องจากจะมีบันไดวนข้าง ๆ บ้านที่เจ้าของจะขึ้นไปยังส่วนของเขาได้เลย ไม่ต้องผ่านโซนด้านล่างที่เป็นของแขก(แต่หากอยากสนทนา หรือกินข้าวเย็น หรือ ดริงค์กันตอนเย็น ๆ ร่วมกับเจ้าของก็แจ้งได้เลยนะคะ เจ้าของบ้านใจดีเป็นกันเองมาก 🥰Spacious and Comfortable Stay in YYHouseI've stayed in both homestays and regular accommodations in Japan, and I've found that many, especially in urban areas, can be quite small. Some are so tiny that once you open your suitcase, there's hardly any room left. And the prices can be steep! However, YYHouse was a completely different experience.The space is incredibly generous. When you book, you get the entire lower floor, which includes a bedroom with three beds, a Japanese-style living room (that can be converted into a bedroom with two futons), and a very spacious bathroom. The bathroom is divided into a toilet area, shower, and a vanity area with a large washing and drying machine. Detergent is automatically dispensed, so you don't need to bring your own. If you're staying for a few days, you can easily do your laundry. There's also a small kitchen where you can heat up food. The location is convenient, being very close to Koreatown, so there's plenty of food options.The nearest station is Kintetsu Imarizato, just a five-minute walk away. There's no escalator, but there is an elevator, so even if you have large suitcases, you can easily get to and from the station. The house is located in a quiet residential area, which makes for a very peaceful stay.The privacy is great. There's a spiral staircase next to the house that the owner uses to access their private space, so you don't have to worry about them entering your area. But if you'd like to socialize or have dinner/drinks with the owner, you can always ask. They're very friendly and welcoming.
