2 Issues : #1 - They take a long time prepping the order , anywhere between 5 to 10/15 days, so if you're in a hurry or your car is broken down it's SLOW but this is more like an inconvenience than an issue and I am OK with it as long as the price is decent - as it is compared to dealerships, - which brings me to the REAL ISSUE following :#2- the real Issues is that they use UPS(Express) which are EXTREMELLY EXPENSIVE , most of the time I pay shipping more than the parts and TBH doesn't make any sense, so you take 5-10 days to prep and gather the order then you send it with the most expensive shipping available - which is fast don't get me wrong but I would prefer them to offer a choice between fast and expensive and cheap and slow ... it's useless to rush an order after it takes 10 days to prep, at this point by all means the urgency is gone .AMAYAMA, please use JAPAN POST instead, or at least offer them as a shipping option, that would make you way much more attractive price-wise specially for people restoring older collectible cars.Excellent wrapping, and parts are OEM, if they start offering Japan Post as shipping option it would make AMAYAMA PERFECT !!!
I got the OEM antenna and Hartop heating cable for my MR2 ZZW30 for a really good price compared to the rest of the world. In fact some things like fenders are even cheaper than the used ones in Europe.Shipping from here to Austria was surprisingly fast and the parcel was safely packaged, though I had to pay a bit extra for costums, but it was still worth it. I will order here again.
Very professional company with excellent communication. Have gotten many otherwise unobtainable genuine Japanese Nissan parts from them. Inventory is mostly accurate. Would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Now used three times for Honda parts and their price and service has been exceptional. I have never received packages so thoroughly and carefully wrapped. The delivery to the UK can take quite a long time (around two weeks) but at these prices are worth the wait. They are a little bureaucratic: tell them what you want, next day they say OK, you need to pay £X, you make the payment, they order parts from manufacturer, delay until they arrive, despatch from Japan, order goes into transit black hole, before Parcelforce give arrival date. Be aware that currently as long as the total value of the goods and shipping is less than £135 there should not be anything extra to pay. If it is more, you may (will) have to pay VAT (paid to Parcelforce before delivery) and then potentially Import duty (dependent on the goods) on top of the cost of the items including delivery and VAT.
I had a very great experience with them, they delivered my item very quickly, it just took then 3-4 days to deliver from Japan to Georgia.I would recommend using their website to everyone.And also they have great communications, on every step they notified me and I was informed at all times.
I ordered many Honda spare parts from this company. When items came I amazed that all parts brand new, OEM as they described in web site, and half of the price. Company does favor of me, calculates indiviually shipping price, and chooses best price.Many thanks to who all supported.2nd order arrived, package was oversized.Shipping took just 10 days from Japan to Istanbul.
