Yamaguchi University Faculty of Economics is my employer, so I am biased but I think that we the staff are trying hard and that the students are generally diligent. The chartered accountants course comes top and near the top in national bookkeeping competitions. The Tourism Policy course takes students on study trips abroad to Hong Kong, Hungary, Hawaii and Guam. The management course is very popular with charismatic staff. I teach English in strange and sometimes successful ways. I recommend my courses on Japanese culture too.
