We had a lovely experience on a Friday evening. All the drinks we ordered were very tasty!It was a little hard to find the entrance in the dark, however if you walk down the alley into the courtyard, and enter through the glass sliding door!
A really great tea based cocktail place, recommended by partner's colleague. Had the hojicha whiskey sour and the matcha gin and tonic. It was in a machiya which is a shared space for a few shops, tucked away in a residential area.Walk in and go towards the garden and turn right.The bartender seemed abit aloof at first, but at the end managed to have a bit of a chat as he recommended a few bar spots in osaka and kyoto.Highly recommended for cocktails (and alcohol lovers)!
Such a lovely place to visit! The owner Drew really cares about the hospitality and drinks they serve. Tea was amazing... I had Mocktail (Hoji cha yuzu, syrup mixed with sparkling water). Cools you down quite a bit in this hot weather.The whole building(Nagaya, classic Japanese house) is a bit off from the main street (that's what I like this place actually) but definitely worth visiting !
Lovely tea experience. We stumbled across this tea house near our hotel and loved it. Quiet, tons of tea options, nice little afternoon break after a long day of walking around Kyoto.
タケさんとワカナさんは素敵で心温まるおもてなしをしてくださいました！お茶は素晴らしく、これまでで一番美味しかったです。東京の名高い八雲茶寮を訪れたこともありますが、それでも今回のお茶は格別でした。Take and Wakana are lovely, gracious hosts! The tea was outstanding! The best that I've ever had, and I've been fortunate to visit the renown Yakumo Saryo in Tokyo.
Amazing spot to have a wonderful tea and relax! We tried green tea and bancha and both of them were like nothing we ever tried before! The atmosphere of the bar was calm and relaxing and staff were friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend o5 to anyone visiting Kyoto as well as to locals who want to avoid cramped streets of Kyoto and wind down.
リノベーションされた、落ち着いた時間を感じる事ができる、コワーキングスペースです。真ん中にある庭がなんとも言えない味をだしています。お酒も飲む事ができ、スタッフさんも親切で、また京都を訪れた際は顔をだしたくなるようなスポットでした。
いつもお世話になっていますが、代表の方はとても親切で信頼感がある方です。
素敵にリノベーションされた京町家のコワーキングスペース（現在はカフェ）です。とても静かで落ち着いた環境で、秋はお庭の紅葉がとてもきれいです。アクセスもよく鴨川など観光名所からも近いですが、奥まった場所にあるのでとても静かでまったりできます。
