このお盆の時期にこの値段で宿泊できたのは大っ変ありがたかったです。新築で綺麗で、家族でくつろげました。ナガシマスパーランドの花火もすぐ近くの田んぼごしに観れて、本当に楽しめました😆
We had a fantastic stay at this newly built Airbnb, which is perfect for large families or groups, especially those traveling with elderly members or wheelchair users. The house is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, featuring a ramp at the entrance, even at the traditional Japanese shoe-removal area (genkan) — a rare and much-appreciated detail.The interior is modern, clean, and well-equipped. One of the highlights is the bathroom, which features certified hot spring water, adding a luxurious touch to your stay. The bathroom also comes stocked with towels, disposable dental kits, razors, and other essentials. There’s a Nespresso machine, as well as tea and bottled water provided — great for relaxing with a drink after a day out.The house has three bedrooms upstairs with a total of seven beds, and there’s a sofa on the ground floor that can sleep one more person. It’s ideal for extended families or groups traveling together.The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.In terms of convenience, the location is excellent. It’s easily accessible from the Isewangan Expressway, making it a great base for exploring the area. Popular attractions like the Mitsui Outlet Park, Nagashima Spaland, and the Anpanman Children’s Museum are just a 10-minute drive away, while Nabana no Sato Garden is only about 15 minutes by car. There’s also a FamilyMart just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for last-minute needs.The house is located across from a rice field, which adds a peaceful countryside atmosphere. However, do be aware that summer nights can be a bit noisy with insect sounds, and mosquitoes may occasionally find their way into the house — a small trade-off for the natural surroundings.Parking is very convenient, with enough space to fit a Toyota Alphard or two mid-sized cars comfortably.Overall, this Airbnb is a comfortable, spacious, and well-located home with excellent amenities and accessibility features. Highly recommended for families, especially those traveling by car and looking to explore nearby attractions.

寝室が3つもあって使いやすかったです。家の中もすごく綺麗で、立地もよく、コンビニが近かったのがとてもありがたかったです。
寝室3つを含むスペース全体の清掃が行き届いており、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。近くのお店に関する説明書き等もあり、非常に親切に思います。オーナーの方はレスポンスがよく、何も不安な点がない状態で当日を迎えられたことも有難かったです。またこちらのエリアに伺う際には利用させてください。お世話になりました。

レゴランドから15分、ナガシマスパーランドから5分と好立地。築浅の戸建てでとても清潔感あり、お風呂はなんと温泉で、とても気持ち良いです。洗濯機、洗濯乾燥機もあるので長期旅行に最適でした。家族連れに本当にオススメな宿だと思います！徒歩1分位にある寿司長さんは美味しくてコスパ良く、居心地も良いのでオススメです。
