Close to the station and near heaps of food stores, not enough cutlery or stationery needed for the kitchen. Sofa bed is really uncomfortable and can feel the poles underneath, they say they have free wifi but doesn’t work is you aren’t staying on the first floor. Tv remote buttons don’t even work, lowkey feels like a temu remote. Definitely not worth the money and can’t even end my stay early without wasting $700 dollars. I would definitely recommend having this place as your last option.
It was a nice experience, tho me and my parents found dirty towels and we couldn't use it the room was nice but it was full of Dirt in tight areas of the room and dirty floor. The sofa bed was broken to use. Everything else was fine. The location also was great there was close supermarket and seven eleven conveniention store. The view of the place was also great we could see far away as we were in the last floor. The staff in the cycling trash was so ever very rude. We talked nicely to the staff but they point it out in a way we didn't like. As it was considered rude. We now know why the others put trash outside because of the staff being extremely rude towards. And as well all we want if for this apartment/hotel get better. (I only stayed here for 2 nights.)
房間很小，但價錢非常便宜可以洗衣也可以泡澡 你可以煮飯只是在入住的時候操作說明沒有很清楚而且當不是很了解的時候，也沒有人可以詢問電話只是說看email 我遇到的問題是訂的時候的訂單號碼跟確認的時候，訂單號碼不一樣，所以導致我在 check in的時候 花了快1小時才發現訂單號碼不同而且當住址放到Google的時候也出現問題引導到不同的地址 找了日本人用也是一樣 所以弄了很久才進住對面是7-Eleven 所以買吃的很方便很多地方要到和平站去轉 其實走去和平站還蠻近的。
Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far from ideal. While the apartment itself was fine, the service and communication from the hotel were extremely disappointing.We faced serious issues during the check-in process—we were left outside the building for hours, unable to access our room due to lack of proper instructions and no timely support. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel and Trip, no one responded or offered a solution. We were only able to enter thanks to the kindness of other guests staying in the building who saw our distress and helped us.This kind of lack of support and responsibility is unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel. We’ve stayed in many places with digital locks and self-check-in systems, but never have we encountered such poor communication and total absence of assistance.We sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their customer service. Until then, we cannot recommend this property to other traveler
Such a good experience!Even though this is no-staff stay but the instructions are very clear and easy to understand. The location is near a local train station so we could easily get to downtown. The neighborhood is lovely and you can really feel the atmosphere of local Japanese life. The place is well-designed. The room is very big and comfy. There are facilities available in the room which is super convenient for a long stay. There’s also 7-Eleven right across the street. To be honest, I love absolutely everything about this place. It was such a great experience staying here. It also felt very safe with the security system.
Service was a bit spotty as we had to wait a while sometimes till we'd get help but the location was wonderful the place was clean. Perfect last location for my fiancé's birthday trip. Real neighborhood vibes walking distance from parks, the metro, neighborhood buisnessnes nearby, very cozy as well perfect for solo travelers or couples. I really loved it. Only sad that I had to leave to go home
