Tough it was not the first time we went to Japan, but it was the first time we use the airport transfer because we had early flight and we traveled with a baby. I am so happy to finally found an airport service within my budget and legit company. Every communication went so smooth. Pick up was early, and the driver himself even speaks my language. Very very recommended.
We used the service from haneda to our Tokyo hotel. Our flight was very early but our driver was already there. He was polite and helped get us situated in the van. The van was very clean and nice. We were dropped off at the front door of our hotel. My wife was much happier using this service over the bus or train.
It was my first time using their service and I was very satisfied. The booking process was convenient and their customer service was efficient and prompt with answering any questions. The day before my trip, I requested for the driver details and it was sent in advance as well. Agus, the driver, also informed us once he had arrived so we could contact him. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to arrange for airport transfers.
I found about them on a Reddit thread and glad we booked with them for our airport pickup and transportation from Haneda to Yokohama. Prices on Klook in comparison were astronomically high.The team was very communicative during the booking process. And on day of arrival the driver was on time and punctual.I’ll define use there service again.
The website was so easy to use and the owner was so responsive and patient with my queries. Sending me and keeping me updated with all the required information of the driver and car. We arrived earlier than the booked time. Our driver So San was already there waiting for us. Our car, the Grand cabin was spacious and clean. So San was friendly and courteous and helped us load our luggages into the car. At drop off ,he ensured we didn't leave anything behind by thoroughly checking the car and underseats. It was a great start to our first trip in Japan. We will definitely be using this service again in the future!
Easy to book through and communicate with. They follow you every step of the way from pick up to delivery. My air bnb was hidden away down an alley and my driver got out of the car and found it for me - a total legend. Beautiful car. Highly recommend.
This service is an absolute life saver! We had a rough start to our trip and it was so good to not have to think about transport to get to our hotel after 24 hours of no sleep.Agus was an excellent driver. He was very communicative and lovely. He gave us heaps of tips for our travel during the trip to the hotel which was very appreciative.Definitely recommend this service for those who want no hassle transportation. We used this service for our first trip to Tokyo. The website was easy to use and the staff was very responsive and helpful with my questions. We could not have had a better experience with Goal International and our driver, Agus. Their Hiace was perfect for a larger group with plenty of ski luggage. Our flight got in a little early and customs/immigration was quicker than expected, but Agus was able to pick us up earlier than scheduled so we didn't need to wait. Driving and drop off was also smooth. Would definitely use them again.
