The team are super nice, definitely the best customer service I’ve ever received.I rented a snowboard for a few days but needed flexibility to swap to skis, no other rental shops i went to in the area had the option to switch but Spicy did. Spicy has a great location, lovely team, great equipment and relaxing lounge space as well as fairly priced goggles/gloves and other accessories you might need on the slopes. Definitely would recommend above any other rental shop in this area.
The Spicy Happo Lounge team were friendly and amazing from start to finish.Prompt and organised fittings and payment, great range of skiing and boarding gear, no issues refunding 4 days of my son’s rentals after he broke his collarbone, flexible with leaving gear with them, picked up our gear from our hotel.So easy to deal with and very conveniently located at the base of the Happo One gondola.We couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will hire equipment from them again in future.
The staff were amazing! Very accommodating! They would make sure everything fits well and comfortable for you. The best place to rent skis.
Rented complete ski set with a helmet, for a good price. Had large selection of skis to choose from and could switch them during the day or any time I needed(based on snow conditions) and could leave gear overnight. Location was great being only a a few meters from the Happo-one gondola lift and free shuttle bus station. Also staff was very kind and friendly, giving good advice surrounding skis and snow conditions on the mountain.
板も預けられるしゲレンデにもすぐなのでとても便利！1,000円でとなりの駐車場にも停められるので楽です。
Excellent service! Great and kind staff who are always ready to help. The selection of high performance skis is not that big, but they work very closely together with the other Spicy rental shops so you can always get the ski/board you wish for. They’re simply great.
エコーランド店で借りていたギアの変更をお願いしました。小規模店舗のため数は少なかったですがモデルも新しく、コンディションの良い板と交換してもらえました。ゴンドラ乗り場の麓、クレープ屋さんを右に行った所にあります。

The team was very nice, speaks english well, and the booking online process was very easy. When we arrived for pickup around 4:30pm it was very busy with lots of people picking up and dropping off, so recommend to arrive earlier if you can. We switched my boots out after a day and it was no problem so you can walk in and get serviced.I did have an issue on my second day where my boot had a crack when it was issued to me, but I didn’t see until I was on top of a mountain trying to click into the skis and couldn’t do it. Since I was no longer at Happo One nearby, I called Spicy and they sent someone with a replacement pair of boots to meet me at the resort I was at that day. It did impact my skiing morning, but much appreciated them meeting me where I was.
