Fixed my screen within a day despite not having the parts in stock. I work with electronics for a living and I can attest they are very professional and clean. Language barrier was not an issue.
They did a great job getting the specific battery fory phone and replacing it very fast
English abilities as others noted created difficulties but the staff were really helpful in the end. I had a phone issue with my SIM card and they went thru Sakura customer support on my behalf. Thank you!
I switched from AU to Sakuramobile. The shop staff were really helpful through the process. Their English isn't native level at the store but all of Sakuramobile's documentation is geared to English speakers and their telephone/email support stafo speak great English.
Bring your own translator. While most of the signs are in English and they try to cater to US military, the three counter clerks don’t speak English.
